Chuck began working with copper at the age of 8 alongside his father in the air conditioning trade. While serving as a Production Engineer at Hoover, he learned about cross-connection and backflow prevention from Carl Star of Viking II in Albuquerque, NM, in 1988. From that moment, he understood the necessity of this vital resource.
