Greg Douglas came to our home in 2023 and rudely told me to not call him again for service. He did not want to go into any garage crawl spaces. He could easily avoid the issue by asking a simple question when the customer calls for service. I don't have a problem entering or exiting the large space to turn water on and off with the season changes and was surprised that it was an issue.

This process of backflow testing was new to me but Greg helped explain what I need to do. Greg was friendly, professional, and quick to respond to my emails. He was willing to come out and perform my backflow testing without any contact to keep us all safe. He also submitted my test results to the city, which they confirmed they had received. We will continue using BPDT Inc. annually for this testing.

Being new to Tualatin, we weren't aware that we needed to complete an annual backflow test and was scrambling to find a company to fulfill our testing requirements. Luckily I found BPDT and they really came through! Greg promptly returned my phone call and said he would call the City of Tualatin to let them know we were on the books. A few days later I called the Backflow inspector to confirm (because they were threatening to turn off our water) and indeed Greg kept his word and informed them we were scheduled for a test.

Greg even completed the test and left an invoice a week earlier than suggested. His price is great (other companies were charging at least $10 more) and the company is very reliable! Thank you, Greg.
