Dan E.I reached out to Jasper on a Thursday and he was able to fit me in his schedule on Sunday. We agreed upon a time and he was prompt, professional, and extremely competent. The test itself only took about 15 mins. He walked me through what he was doing and why he needed to do it and answered all of my questions in a straightforward manner that I could understand. At the conclusion of the test, I asked him if he had the contact info for whom I needed to send the test results. He emailed the results to the water district for me and did it same day. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
