I can't thank Michelle enough for coming out in the middle of the night during a freeze after a backflow preventer malfunction. She's very knowledgeable and informative. She wanted to make sure I understood my sprinkler system and knew how to winterize it to help minimize future malfunctions. my daughter, and I had no running water because I had to shut off the main. She understood as a mother that we needed running water, and she was happy to come out, take a look at what was going on so that we could turn my water back on. Michelle made recommendations and I will most certainly have her back to follow through with those recommendations. She is very fair and transparent with pricing.
