I found back to blue about two months ago and they have been great. My last pool service was showing up half the time they where suppose to and barely spent 5 minutes cleaning my pool. My pool looked terrible. After back to blue came I could see an amazing difference the first time they serviced my pool. And unlike most of the other companies they actually show up same day and same time every week.

We used to think they were good because we were first time salt water pool owners. Our pool plaster turned black! No thanks to them we found our copper levels were too high! They had no idea why. They did clean up most of the stains. However they were coming back. My wife did more research and spoke to the owner. He was not knowledgeable about the subject that she had discovered and was rude and dismissive. The day after our next service, we had an independent pool service check our pool. They found the chemicals totally out of norms ( which should have been well within the ranges since the work was completed just the day before)no recent record updates on the service card and the filter was bad. We followed their recommendations and changed to a different pool service company. Unfortunately the company who did all of the work for us today was fully booked and could not take us on as customers!!!! We were just lucky enough to have them """"take a look"""" and give us suggestions.

back to Blue is reliable you can always count on them to come when they are suppose to. your pool will never look better. they don't quick clean they take the time to vacuum test water and they do not leave until until your pool is perfect.
