Back Trac gets NO stars. I wonder why when you Google their name it states they're permanently closed. I called about a plumbing issue that was marked urgent. The on call technician called trying to troubleshoot the issue the phone because he lives in Cleveland, TX and did not want to drive to Manvel, TX. He asked several questions after I told him we had tried everything. He tells my husband he will call us back and get the okay to come out from his supervisor. He call back and says he can come on tomorrow morning, which I assumed was business hours. He said it $150 for the first hour and then he didn't not how much after that plus including parts and anything that was needed. I told man he must be crazy charging me that much during business hours, I can see if he came out after hours to fix the income. I told him I work and asked if he could come later he said well I don't think so.

Long story short we have a septic grinder system, that this company put in almost three years ago. We have had several of our neighbors have issues with their grinder and some even had to replace it. After one month of living in our brand new house we had to call them out because of issues and then a year in a half later there response to this issue is its out of warranty. Clearly the product they are installing is defective and they are choosing not recognize it.

Needless to say do not support this company, there customer service is poor.

Bac Trac plumbing contacted me a week ago because they needed to replace 2 toilet tanks they installed on my new home. It seems the tanks were recalled.

We discussed a time for me to let them in, but they would not budge on their schedule...last appt is at 3 pm. Okay I figure I gotta do it, but this means I have to leave work at 2 pm, and I lose 3 hours of pay to get this done.

I get to my home on time, and they call me to say they will not be there, can I wait a while....maybe 5 or 6 pm. Okay, lets get this done, I'm here.

At 4:45 I call to see if they are coming, and the lady states she will call the plumber and call me right back.'Okay 30 minutes later, no one has called. I call, and they are gone for the day.

No one showed up and they left me hanging.

This is absolutely BS because I lost 3 hours of pay so that they could do a job and get the liability off of them. They totally dropped the ball here. Lied twice to tell me what I want to hear.

I will be in touch with the owner if they have the nuts to talk to me. I am going to bill them for 3 hours of my time at my pay rate. If they do not pay me I will take them to court.

If they think I will make myself available again, they are kidding themselves.

DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU.
