Plumber arrived on time and performed a flush and ignition rod cleaning on my 3 year old tankless water heater. Price was $234. Worked ok for 10 days then on Saturday afternoon no hot water. On Sunday I called Babes and got on call plumber Mike. He could not come out with a hefty service call and suggested I call early on Monday. I agreed and asked if he might have any tips I could try. He did, so I tried that andthe unit began to heat water. I called him back to thank him. I also called the office this week and they saw no need to send out a plumber without charging for a service call. I declined So maybe we won't have a further issue. Mostly positive review you decide.

Hope you don't need their services on a weekend as their high priced services get even more astronomical . A simple fix like shaking out a clogged drain could run you in the 500 smackers vicinity . There's the old joke where a doctor calls a plumber for a fix at his house . Afterwards the plumber hands the doctor the bill - the doctor looks at it amazed . """"Hey! That's a lot of money - and I'm a doctor !"""" He says . """"I know, """" says the plumber - """"I used to be a doctor ."""" Hahaha. How do you tell a good plumber ?? By the size of his boat . With their prices , these guys must all have some mighty big boats .

On time and did a amazing job. We have a drain that we had been told was just old and would never drain correctly by other plumbers, after having it snaked. It was so bad I decided to have someone else look at it. Called Babes, very professional in the phone and got us an appointment right away. They had my drain running like new in less than 15 minutes. Definitely will be the plumbers we call and tell our friends to use!

Tony the plumber was on time & courteous. He had several tasks that I asked for him accomplish. One such task, was rebuilding a valve under the toilet, which he finished in 5 min. It wasn't until a few days later when I asked for a breakdown in the bill, that I saw that I was charged $150. Very disappointed.

Very dissatisfied. Had a gentleman from Babes come in to snake my bathroom drain. He did arrive on time and cleaned up after himself for the most part. I let him do his thing. After about an hour of work he told me the issue was fixed. The next day the drain was clogged up again. Issue not fixed! Called them up and told them what they did did not fix the issue. They would not come back without another charge. Ended up getting another service. The gentleman did it right and at a much cheaper price( just over 20% less) for the same job. Haven't had an issue since. I WOULD NOT recommend Babes Plumbing for this job after this one instance. You can find better service for a cheaper price somewhere else.

I couldn't find a replacement for my bathtub spout at the Home Depot and Lowe's, or Ace Hardware stores. Where do you even start on Amazon? A helpful person at Kile's Ace Hardware suggested checking with Babe's. I went to their place off of Laurel Road east of I75. While this isn't the typical retail shop for DIYers, they were very knowledgeable, accommodating, and found the perfect replacement part. It was not in stock but didn't take long to get. A huge thumbs up!

Poor service by techs who were clueless about how to resolve the problem with the gas water heater. I was charged $199 for nothing except to flush the tank. After complaining to the person answering the phone they sent a second tech who was not any better. Both were lazy and all they had to do was call Rheem to resolve problem. A call to another plumber resolved the problem and I was correctly left out of the middle. If I could give them a zero rating if I could.

They were in my area so they were asked to stop by and look at the kitchen sink plumbing for rust - they looked at it and said it was not rust - took 3 minutes and charged me $149.00- never use them again

Arrived timely and professional. But overcharged big time. 640 dollars to run take off 2 toilets and run a line. 3 hrs, no parts and use of their line to clear pipes. Told me about 500 and I had to leave. Charged my wife 640 Called and no reply back to my complaint. Flo-tech out of North Port came and fixed the real problem for 210. Never again with Babe's
