Thanks to Todd M's review, I called Flo-Tech after my horrible experience with Babe's too (see Google review for all the details) and was thoroughly pleased with their service. Good communications with the office, the plumbers arrived at the appointed time, had all the parts they needed on their truck, and got all the work done to install new plumbing fixtures, valves, and lines and completely clear the plumbing backup in all lines, at 1/3 Babe's cost.

Plumber arrived on time and performed a flush and ignition rod cleaning on my 3 year old tankless water heater. Price was $234. Worked ok for 10 days then on Saturday afternoon no hot water. On Sunday I called Babes and got on call plumber Mike. He could not come out with a hefty service call and suggested I call early on Monday. I agreed and asked if he might have any tips I could try. He did, so I tried that andthe unit began to heat water. I called him back to thank him. I also called the office this week and they saw no need to send out a plumber without charging for a service call. I declined So maybe we won't have a further issue. Mostly positive review you decide.

I had Babe's plumbing replace a water heater exactly like the one they installed 4 years 8 months ago. It was under warranty from Rheem. No charge for the tank. It involved cutting 2 plastic 1inch and reinstalling a 1 inch drain pipe and a relief valve on top. They will not itemize the bill. For this at the top $150 . They charged me $746.

They were in my area so they were asked to stop by and look at the kitchen sink plumbing for rust - they looked at it and said it was not rust - took 3 minutes and charged me $149.00- never use them again

On time and did a amazing job. We have a drain that we had been told was just old and would never drain correctly by other plumbers, after having it snaked. It was so bad I decided to have someone else look at it. Called Babes, very professional in the phone and got us an appointment right away. They had my drain running like new in less than 15 minutes. Definitely will be the plumbers we call and tell our friends to use!

Very dissatisfied. Had a gentleman from Babes come in to snake my bathroom drain. He did arrive on time and cleaned up after himself for the most part. I let him do his thing. After about an hour of work he told me the issue was fixed. The next day the drain was clogged up again. Issue not fixed! Called them up and told them what they did did not fix the issue. They would not come back without another charge. Ended up getting another service. The gentleman did it right and at a much cheaper price( just over 20% less) for the same job. Haven't had an issue since. I WOULD NOT recommend Babes Plumbing for this job after this one instance. You can find better service for a cheaper price somewhere else.

AVIOD!!! Called them 3 days ago tech called me 4 hours later , during normal business hours finally called back! , He stated it would be $300 hours for an after hours service ca;;! plus work done, WTF? Still haven't recontacted me 3 days later. GEMS STATEWIDE was in the neighbor hood, talked to them they fixed the problem 45 minutes later! for less then the after hours service fee, AVIOD!!

I was very impressed with Babe's. The person who took my call was smart, thorough, and got a repairman here the next day. When he arrived, he told me he'd listened to the entire phone call, so he knew exactly what was going on with my kitchen disposal. He had the problem figured out very quickly, and I thought the bill was VERY reasonable. Very nice people!

i paid for the service but Babes was not able to locate the meter to do backflow. called another company who performed a backflow test without any problem. the ither company located underground meter that also allowed to be used by the city. my money never been returned. I would not trust this company. yana

We had a tricky situation at our house , kitchen drain backing up. Babes sent out two technicians on a Saturday morning, and they did not give up until they located the problem. They used a rooftop snake and a camera , and found the blockage. The Manager Chuck, also called me to go over everything before they arrived. Very satisfied.
