Recommended Customer Reviews

It was easy to get appointment. . Babe's sent a reminder and the technician let me know he was in the way. Lucius was courteous and professional.

Michael was efficient, neat and got the job done correctly. I have only used Babe's once but do so again in the future. They were highly recommended for me and it was a good recommendation.

The communication from when I called to the office for service to when Chuck arrived was fantastic. Chuck assessed my issues and had several estimates ready for me to review within a few minutes of arriving. He walked me through the scenarios and made recommendations. I had 2 new toilets installed quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. Thank you!

Babe's was great. Showed up in a respectable time. Gave a reasonable quote and started work right away. Workmen ship was great. Would use them again!

Needed a new hot water to hot water heater. You were prompt and very courteous and professional. Thank you so much.

I have been chasing gremlins in my sprinkler system for over a year I finally found Charlie who got me the right piece that the big chain stores don't carry. He also took the time to go over what I already had fixed lol and he set me up with what I needed to do the install correctly I finished the project today and it's aces all around Thanks again

Visiting mom. She needed faucet repairs. The guy overcharged us and cheated us out of the faucet spray. Never use this company! Had to have other plumbing work down. McDonough estimate was $1500 for hot water heater alone. Got both hot water heater AND new garbage disposal for $1300 from Minuteman!!! Great quality. Use them instead!

mcdonough plumbing did a great job! reasonable pricing, professional, and wonderful people to work with.

I recently called McDonough to inquire about replacing my water heater. It wasn't broken, but was about 10 years old. They came out immediately and gave me a free estimate. Judging from other estimates owners of similar condos have gotten, the price was fair. I went ahead and got the water heater. Both guys they sent (one for the free estimate and one to install the heater were seasoned and knew what they were doing. The City came out to inspect. It took less than 5 minutes and they approved it I would highly recommend them.

I had two toilets leaking that needed new seals. Looked to see if I could do this myself and decided to give them a call. I first asked about the charges.. I was quoted $98 for a service call [30 min] then $128 thereafter. Why would anyone call a plumber without knowing what they charge? Sounded fair to me. I asked them when they could do the job and they had a qualified plumber arrive at my home within an hour. The job was done quickly and both toilets now work as new. Net charge $166 including $36 for parts.. After watching how to replace the seals I believe the $166 charge was very fair. I would use them again if needed. Capt Ron, Punta Gorda FL
