When I called, I was given a service window for Monday, 8AM-12PM, then received text a message indicating the service window was for 8MA-10AM on Monday, to check a leaky toilet and hook up a dishwasher. When I didn't receive a notification by 10AM, I contacted Angie who explained there was some error with the text message times and the service window was until 12PM, but that actually the technicians were on calls that woud take all day. Frustrating to have to call a compancy to be told I would be serviced that day, versus them contacting me with this information. I went against my gut and scheduled for today, again 8AM-12PM. Curt came and was very cordial and knowledgeable and was able to get the job done quickly. I was quoted $635.00 for the job which lasted roughy 1 hour. There is a $96.00 service fee that they will waive, if you accept the quote. Otherwise you are out the $96.00, so I accepted the quote to finally have the dishwasher hooked up and the toilet stop leaking. Upon recieving my emailed invoice, the invoice indicates I was charged for ""Remove and Dispose of existing Dishwasher. Install customer provided Dishwasher.
Remove and replace shut off and supply line going to dishwasher. Make sure drainage under sink is adapted to accept dishwasher discharge."" I had previously removed and disposed of the existing dishwasher, so I again contacted Angie who said she didn't know that he didn't have to disconnect and dispose of the exicting dishwasher but wouldn't change the price I was charged.

I cannot recommend a business that practices this way. I was charged for services that were not rendered and the company has no integrity for their business practices. As was noted in another review, I will report them to the BBB as well.
