We have had very good experiences using Babb's for plumbing issues over a period of many years. Jerry has been out to our house in horrible weather to fix problems. The prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend Babb's.

I called Babb's for air duct cleaning. They were fair on price. My wife met them at our rental home in the morning. I showed up later and the tech showed me what was done. Very pleased with the service.

I don't understand the other two reviews that have been posted. We just had Babbs work on our furnace as there was an issue producing heat. While the resolution required them to come out several times to fix the issue, they were very persistent and prompt in their response. The issue that caused several visits to resolve was related to the replacement part being registered for two units provided by the same manufacture. This is of no fault of the Babb's technicians and incremental visits being required to get the unit properly running. Babb's did not charge us for the additional visits and their techs even gave us their personal cell phone numbers to contact them if more issues occurred. I find Babb's service and persistence refreshing in this day and age and highly recommend Babbs to anyone needing heating and cooling service. Babb's exceeded our expectations in service and commitment and am confident they will exceed your expectations as well.

Babb's installed a radon kit in my new house prior to purchase. They installed a sump cover and failed to re-tighten a coupling band clamp. The sump finally got real use from the massive rain we got last week. The coupling blew off and the basement filled with water causing $8000 dollars in damages to my finished basement. The band clamp was so loose that it fell off the coupling when i went to reconnect the pipes. The band clamp also required 3.5 full rotations before it was snug. I have not had a problem since I reinstalled the coupling band clamp. I pulled the sealed sump cover and the sump pump ran for over 90 minutes straight with no issues. All damages are due to Babb's failure to properly reinstall a band clamp they took off. I contacted the owner of Babb's and he told me that they are not responsible for damages due to their craftsmanship. Also, he accused me of loosening the clamp and flooding my basement along with a clogged ejection pipe. He said I cannot prove anything and was very rude about the whole thing.

Purchased a house that tested high for radon in the basement. The two guys that did the radon remediation install actually arrived a few minutes early! Nice surprise on an early Monday morning!

The install was well thought out and explanation of everything was thorough. They got it done, explained how to operate the whole thing, and left everything clean.

I recommend them for any radon remediation you might need for your basement.

Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. Dora is the owner and works in the office. She'll deny that the job was done incorrectly and will not work with you to fix a job that was not completed. Waste of time and money and now I'm paying someone else to fix their problems just to avoid them. DO NOT USE. Beware.

Horrible experience. Called to fix toilet leak (not actually leaking on the floor/internal leak/I knew because toilet kept refilling the tank every few minutes). Plumber arrived to fix toilet when my roommate was home. Took lid off tank. Told my roommate he was going to get a part and would be right back and never came back. Came for a 2nd time the next day and did something but did not fix the problem. Toilet was still refilling itself every few minutes. Came back again another day and ""fixed"" problem. About a week later I go into my bathroom in the morning and my feet are soaked. Water had leaked out all over soaking through all the way to floor below. Immeidatecaly called to have Babb's come out. Plumber said he fixed it and wouldn't need to come back. I had heard that before so I placed a pot under the toilet to see if it was fixed and sure enough within an hour there was 2 inches of water in that pot. Babb's claims its not there problem and will do NOTHING about it. DO NOT USE BABB's.
