Jacob and his co-worker, Dan, showed up RIGHT on time and did an IMPECCABLE job addressing everything on my punch list. I was really in a pinch because I needed last minute assistance to prepare for a new tenant move in. Jacob and Dan were willing to squeeze me into their schedule, which meant working on their day off (Sunday). I was SO grateful! They were both extremely polite, kind, detail oriented and TIDY!
