Andy is fabulous! Highly recommend Andy and B2 Plumbing! Our gas water heater started having issues & hot water was becoming a challenge. Our go-to plumber was suddenly too busy & said he wouldn't be able to get to us for weeks. I'm not fond of cold showers at 5 in the morning so I went looking for another plumber and found Andy and B2 Plumbing! He gave me a reasonable quote over the phone, showed up the next day on time, and fixed everything. He did not upcharge or change the original quoted price. He gave me some advice on water heaters, was clean & neat, and didn't blow up the house. I could not be happier! Andy is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. I have found my new go-to plumber

We had a main line backup on a Friday evening. Andy picked up my phone call immediately and was at my house within 20minutes.
He was very clear on his pricing before coming over. He did a fantastic, and quick, job resolving our issue.
He even cleaned both of our bathrooms after his work was done!

Andy has been our regular plumber for years now and is always super responsive, kind, honest and upfront. He's not the kind of plumber who tried to upsell you on things you don't need. I recently had him change out our kitchen sink faucet and install a reverse osmosis system. I was looking into a higher end RO system, but after a lot of research, Andy informed me that higher end systems don't always equate to a better value/higher performance system. He suggested his favorite RO system, and that's what we went for. So happy we did! Thanks again for everything Andy!

So helpful and informative!! I wasnt sure what my plumbing problem was and I was talking to a friend of mine who recommended B2 plumbing, I'm soooo glad I went ahead and contacted them! I spoke to Andy(the owner) on the phone and explained my problem, he was able to get out to me within 24 hours of me reaching out them and solve my problem! He was very knowledgeable and explained my problem to me in a way that even a dummy like me can understand! I requested a trap arm connection with approved joints between cast and Abs under my bathroom sink for an inspection done by the city.I reached out on Yelp and B2 Plumming contacted me.After arriving at my condo He said in order to pass this inspection undoubtedly it would need a 600 dollar job which included a copper pipe.This surprised me because the city inspector that issued this acted like it wasn't a big deal.This company (B2 Plumming)said he would give me 100 dollars off for new client deal,pay with cash and a Yelp review.I was completely ripped off.I paid it trusting B2 Plumming and knowing my inspection was in a couple days and didn't have time to get another Plummer over for an estimate.I also let him know ahead of appointment of what I needed done but he said he needed to take a better look at it when he arrived at my home .In actuality the part under the sink I needed was a ten dollar part.The city inspector and two plummers confirmed this.They said nowhere does it say you need a copper pipe just an approved joint .I paid 500 dollars for nothing.Unbelievably upsetting!!!
In response to your reply below You charged me 650.00 in total with the toilet.You offered to come out on Saturday with out stating an extra charge and you installed something I didn't need.
You also were not there for 4 hours and I have the text to prove when you got there and left.
