Santiago from BZ Plumbing came out to replace & install a new hot water heater in my home. He was extremely professional and he took the time to explain what he was going to be doing in a clear and concise manner. He mentioned that he has worked for BZ for 20+ years and it showed because he did a great job.
I have hired BZ Plumbing to repair other plumbing issues in my house and it's always been a great experience. They are honest people, give you an estimate up front, work hard to get the problem resolved quickly. What more could you ask for?

There was some confusion on what size toilet was installed but BZ plumbing immediately came out and fixed the issue with the proper size toilet. The technician was fast and polite. He came on time and made sure to shop vac the old water of the toilet making no mess. I would definitely recommend BZ plumbing.

Had the water heater go out, on a holiday weekend, of course. Called their number on the holiday and left a message. Emma returned my call promptly, and said that they would try to get someone out the next day, after I assured her that it was not an ""emergency"". They did send John out the next morning, and he was very polite and professional. He got right to work and got my heater replaced very quickly. Thanks to John, and also Emma, who scheduled my service, a broken water heater was just a minor problem that was resolved quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use B Z Plumbing again if I needed to have a plumbing situation fixed.

Wow what a great job at fixing the faucets on our roman tub. It was done right the first visit with new parts and took less than 30 minutes, thank you!

Two other plumbing companies one in Lincoln and one in Sac could not fix the faucets after multiple visits and did not have the right parts, fake plumbers!

My wife and I were recently ready to have our home re-piped to reduce plumbing failure risks. After talking with a couple of locals and comparing estimates, we decided to use B Z Plumbing Company located here in Lincoln.

Under the circumstances, we are pleased with both the process and outcome (pretty amazing since we just had the interior of our home redone a few months prior and re-piping an entire house at best is an expensive pain in the rear). Anyway. B Z's address is 1901 Aviation Boulevard and the Service Manager's name is Tom Brownell (office 645-1600 / cell 417-0077).

These folks were in and out within five working days. Water was off just one day. Plasterboard repair, texturing and painting was done marvelously. I know where the holes in the wall were but cannot see evidence of them now. I was told that all of their workers, work directly for B Z. Regardless, they seemed to know what they were doing, were courteous and we have found no evidence of plumbing related interior / exterior damage (e.g., no paint scratches, etc.). The guy who did the ""work inspection"" had good things to say about B Z.

So far, we have nothing negative to say.

I called BZ PLUMBING for an emergency water leak in our ceiling! The DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS!!!! Yes, I left a message but most owners/foremen have their phones in their pockets. Tom called me back in 3 minutes. I explained our problem and told him where we were located. Although Tom was feeling ill, HE WAS AT OUR DOOR IN APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES AND WAS ABLE TO FIX OUR PROBLEM! We live in Wheatland and not many businesses will travel to Wheatland. One company told me his first available appointment was 4 DAYS LATER! Another was concerned with legal issues pertaining to poorly constructed water lines that had been used by the builder in that area! Really? We had water pouring out of the ceiling! He would not even come over to LOOK at the problem. Tom totally took care of our issue and even called the next day to make sure we were still ""leak free""! Who does that????? Tom from BZ Plumbing does, that's who! You will not be disappointed with BZ Plumbing or their staff. We hit a home-run when we found this company! I Highly recommend BZ PLUMBING!

We had a great experience with them! They replaced all the Kitec piping in our 2 story home. It was a huge job and they completed it on time and on budget. Tom answered all our questions and communicated with us through the whole process. After the kitec pipes were replaced, the drywall was repaired and painted and it looks as good as new. Our plumbing works great and the walls look great. We were very happy with everything they did on our house.
