We started using Gary shortly after moving to Natick. We love it when we have plumbing problems because we can always trust him to fix them. He's installed a new water heater (w/ new propane plumbing), installed a new sink/vanity & toilet, ripped-out and replaced old waste and water lines, removed fins off heating pipes for a room that got too hot, replaced kitchen drain pipes that had partially melted, etc. What I love about him is that he doesn't do exactly what we ask him, but rather figures out what we should have asked him to do and checks with us before doing the right thing. He's saved us from having to redo work multiple times. As a plus, he's also recommended other contractors that we use to this day. It's hard to imagine owning a house without being able to call him!

Gary has been our plumber for the last 9 years. He is amazing. There is no plumbing problem can can't solve and this house had many. If the problem requires another contractor (on one occasion we needed an electrician and on another we needed granite cut for a sink replacement), Gary will find the best person for the job and will get it done as quickly and perfectly as possible. He is also great at communicating what the options are, how much they will cost, and pros and cons of each option. I couldn't recommend Gary highly enough.

He called me back (unlike others). he's just a good local plumber that does a good job, at a fair price. I like that he is local, and that he is his own boss. And, he's a nice guy.

I am local Natick resident and have used B&W several times. Each time the cost was reasonable and quality of work was excellent. I am have been around construction since i was a child and know good work when i see it. I would feel comfortable using them for any size project in my home.
