I have used their service for years. I always attributed our lack of hot water to our large garden tub. After a bathroom remodel with a smaller tub and the same issues, I discovered that our water heater had been installed incorrectly by B&S. They came out and corrected the problem and I was charged more than the original installation to correct THEIR error. They maintained it was past the warranty period. I could understand if not for a blatant error difficult for a lay person to recognize. I checked our second water heater B&S also installed, and found it was hooked up correctly, but they used blue pipe on the hot water line and red on the cold water line. Lost all confidence in the company.

We had a weekend emergency. I left a voicemail on the emergency line.
JD called me back right away. He even apologized for taking so long to call as they were really busy. I didn't think it was long at all. He went above and beyond his duties to be helpful. We ended up having to have our septic pumped so the work couldn't be completed by B&S but if I were rating this company on the responsiveness, knowledge and friendliness I would give them an A+. You should give him a bonus!

Can not rate them on their work, just their ability to return phone calls. Called and scheduled for Brian to come out give us a quote on some plumbing work. He said he would be out that afternoon. When we never heard from him by 4:30 I called back and was told he left for the day at 3:30. I left him a message which he has not bothered to return. I guess they don't need any more business. Needless to say we are still looking for a plumber

I would actually give him zero stars do to what B&S Plumbing has put me through. I paid $1700 for one days work , but now my pipes freeze every winter. After repeated calls to the company he has offered no assistance and has told me not to call. I am 88 yrs old and needed his help to get this fixed. After 7 yrs my pipes still freeze every winter.

B & S were so nice and helpful. Got me in the same day and showed up exactly at the proposed time they told me. Very professional. Explained what they were doing and other helpful tips to try to avoid future problems. Cleaned up the mess when finished. Couldn't even tell they were here.. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
