Mr. Bryan Schulze is a very rude and unprofessional individual. I called him to politely ask questions regarding a potential job for my elderly mother. I was inquiring about the merits and disadvantages of a particular brand of garbage disposals that is sold at Costco and whether he can install it. I was stunned to find him using profanity at me and hanging up. I would avoid dealing with this individual at all costs.

I had a blockage in the kitchen drain line that I couldn't clear with a 1/4" snake. Brian answered his own phone, not an answering service or a person in Bangladesh. Told him what the problem was, what I had tried, and he quoted me a price (minus 10% senior or Retired Military discount). He called 30 minutes before he arrived on-time with a trainee/helper and started right in on the job. They cleaned any water splashes as they went along, even running a vacuum cleaner under the sink and wiped down any surfaces they thought they might have touched. Very professional but also very personable. I would recommend them any time and will use them again. They are substantially lower price-wise than the big companies with the big ads. Give them the business.
