Had a leak somewhere in the home. Found it was between house and street. Called another company who came out and could not find it and didn't look hard. Just told me to call a location service that costs $500. Also stated to run a new line was $4000 and found a waste line under house that needed repair for $2000. Had a bad feeling so called B&R Plumbing for a second opinion. Alex came out and asked what the issue was. Told him about other company and he got to work to find the leak. Spent time under the home and not only found the leak but fixed the waste line that only needed to be strapped up. Thank you you saved me $6000 plus the $500 on water locating.

Referred to by a friend, Technician showed up as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and replaced a few more connectors and cleaned up the entire area as well. My concern was that they would over charge for a small job, they charged what I felt was fair for the work that was done. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!!!!!!

Doing a remodel job and had the good fortune of having Alex come out to bid and do the work. He quoted me a great price. He was joined by Michael. Both were extremely professional. They both stayed very late to finish- replacing old values, installing new drains, centering kitchen sink plumbing, new hose bibs, laundry plumbing, water line value for fridge- so my other scheduled sub's could do their work on time. I've used B&R multiple times and have always been pleased, but these guys went way above and beyond. I am extremely appreciative and a very happy customer!

B&R Plumbing was initially on my short list of companies servicing my apartments, but with no shows on my last two appointments I am now in search of another plumber to build a relationship with. I'm disappointed because I really liked the plumbers they sent out and their pricing for services, but I'm more disappointed that when I needed them they were no shows and didn't even call to say they would be late or reschedule.

This company sent 2 of the most rude people I have ever met. Either they were angry about something else, or they just didn't want to work. The guys were rude, they enter your house with muddy boots and leave a mess all over. No courtesy whatsoever, rude and unprofessional.
I had a leaking old lead pipe. I told them what I wanted the pipe removed and a PVC pipe installed. They cut the rotten pipe above where the leaking was, I had put some tape to prevent the leakage which the left in place to claim that it is not leaking. When I open the tape, the leaking remains. I try calling them to fix their job and now they are too busy even to pick up my phone.

I will never use again or refer them. The tech were knowlegable, but lied about cost of items needed to do the job. They arrived @ 7:30 am, were finsihed by 10:30 am, left twice and were gone about total hour & half. The job was simple and they got us to agree to $1400 before we actually saw what was going to be done or how long it would take. The actual work took about hour and half on the job and parts that would cost no more than about $200 at the most. Expensive lesson - get more than one estimate, get it itemized. This company was referred to us so we thought we would get a fair deal and didn't get other bids.

I have never talked to a business owner who was so rude and condescending! I called these guys because they did the original plumbing in my new house. I simply wanted an explanation for the ""dripping"" sound in my wall. What I got was condescension about hearing ""the water running through the pipes"". Trust me I know the difference! Understandably this ""man-splaining"" made me irritated. The employees came out and heard the same sound but the only explanation was to offer running a camera in the wall to ""find a leak"" ( I had told them whatever they need to do to figure this out is fine) . They were supposed to call to come back out with a camera but never did. When I called I got the owner who immediately proceeded to yell at me about how there is no leak and when he ""cuts a hole in my wall to prove it he will charge me the $250 service fee"" (never asked him to do it for free). After he also yelled at my husband,who by this point was actually way more calm then myself, we told them to forget it. Second plumber came out and was able to explain the sound and with a simple fix made the sound better. While it was not a leak at least I was not yelled at or made to feel stupid for trying to make sure I did not have water in my walls!
