From Maggie on the phone when you call to AJ fixing all our problems, B&R knows what they are doing. We have used them for almost 10 years and they have either fixed what we had broken or helped us as much as they can and told us what to do next.

We just got through having broken pipes and no water for 4 days, with B&R helping us all along the way. Water finally started flowing last night and we even got a call this morning to check on us and see if we had any more problems. Who does that!!??

You will not go wrong with the crew at B&R. We can't recommend them enough. So happy to have them here in Lubbock!!!

By far this was the best plumber I've ever done business with! Ricky was very professional and listened to all my concerns when it came to my leaks he assured me that he would do everything he could to repair them before completely reinstalling and this would save me a ton! Thank you so much B& R for sending him out !Couldn't be more satisfied with his expertise and would definitely recommend you guys for the job!

we just bought a house with a non working condenser and on Tuesday we had a tech come out and look over our ac system and tells me they have a used one that they will install. cut to Friday and Kurt, a other tech comes out to install it and finds issues that were discussed with the other tech but were not communicated to him. He was very rude to my wife and told her he would be back with the neccessary equipment to fix the unit. she gave him my telephone number and calls me at 550pm and says he will meet me at 615p. I get home and the house is 95 degrees bc he messed with something and now the heater is blowing constantly and will not turn off. I finally get a call from him at 830 saying he was just finishing a job and would be at my home in 15 minutes. At 1030p, i call him and he says he just got off and he isn't coming out bc we "have more F*cking issues than he is willing to fix." He also sounded very drunk when I finally got fed up and called him. He is the on call emergency technician by the way. Very unpleasant, unprofessional, lied on multiple occasions and was all out rude. I am wholly disappointed in the lack of service I recieved.

Spent almost $700 and the tub faucet still leaks. The man who came today was belittling ...."do you have a plumbing license?" Will never use this company again.
