I have been in Florida for over 22 years and purchased a 25 year old home which needed a ton of renovation. When it came time to do my irrigation system I had Shane from B&R Industries come to my home. In all the contractors who have done work on my residence, this young man has to be the most professional, courteous, and respectful individual I have ever met. The office staff are a pleasure to deal with and the service and response time was amazing. Never has a contractor treated my property with so much respect. I wish every young man could model themself after Shane.

1st time homeowner, I noticed brown spots on lawn. A friend referred B&R. """"Technician"""" was a kid, and told me I needed my lawn torn up for thousands of dollars to reach the brown spots. I told him I never even saw dew or water in the morning. He said the timer worked and it was just so early in the am that it evaporated before I woke up. Paid for service call and really got nothing. Fast forward, I installed new landscaping and I had to make sure all of it was getting irrigated. Made a post on NextDoor and was referred someone new. He came out and tested the timer and said it did not work. So the timer NEVER worked and NEVER turned on all summer. I was lucky it was a rainy year. He also said he could add some more sprinkler heads because there were existing water lines without digging up the yard. Price was extremely reasonable. So the end result, this kid knew nothing, did not test the timer and wanted a lot of money to put in more heads. I wrote a factual documented letter to the owner describing in detail my experience. She has not responded even though I called her 3 times after she received the letter. I am assuming she does not care about what her customers or her business' reputation. So I told her next time I would see her on Yelp.

Updated review: spoke to the owner and the manager of this company today. Both very professional and were able to genuinely and easily explain my concerns. Contacted our management company and board of directors to resolve that specific part of the landscaping. This is the work quality of B & R. ( see images ) Landscaped at my building for over two years now. Not sure why we use this company, I'm certain that they will take action and take better care of our property soon So that I can update this review.

I have used B and R Industries before for water sprinkler issues but this time they were so customer service positive even I was surprised! I needed some attention to my well which apparently was clogged and they came right out even the day before they were scheduled. The serviceman took care of the problem and when I had to leave for an appointment there was no hassle from them and they were kind enough to say they would bill me since he wasn't completely finished checking his work. He also told me exactly what he had done and gave me a """"heads up"""" on what might be a problem in the future. I find that kind of service particularly positive and helpful in this day and age. Thank you B and R for your help and when I need your assistance I will certainly call you again without hesitation.

I agreed on a budget with the sales rep of $1600 to install a limited sprinkler system at my home in Coral Springs. The mechanics came out and did a nice job. I was shocked when the invoice was for $2900. They obviously didn't care about the agreement they had made and told me there was nothing they would do about the price and they would put a Lien on my home if I did not pay up. Just bad business practices.
