This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. This is the worst place to buy anything! They sold NorthStar Plumbing an expensive water filter and in less than three years, it's pitting all over. I use it minimally. I use it just for drinking water. NorthStar Plumbing is awful as well. Janet Leopold is incompetant and as nasty as one can get. She doesn't want to help or warranty anything. She repeatedly send incorrect items too. Dave, the owner of B and M, sold this defective water filter that I hardly use. He guaranteed that he'd replace it. I called him on six different days, all doumented, and we spoke and he had guaranteed replacement. He NEVER sent the replacement. He blatantly made up lies, six times! He sells inferior quality plumbing fixtures and doesn't stand by his own word. His water filter should never be pitting like this.I also have a water softener so the faucet should never be pitting like this. DO NOT get anything from this place or any plumbing supplier who uses them.
B and R is the worst busniess I have ever dealth with.

Best place in town for water treatment products! We buy all water softeners and Reverse Osmosis at B&R and always get great service and they have amazing staff!
