Alan quickly diagnosed our plumbing problem, had the necessary replacement parts on hand, and resolved the issue within minutes.

The charge was minimal and the experience was a positive one.

Incredibly disappointed in the service we received. We had called B&N to have them set up a gas dryer, about an hour after set up we smelled a strong gas odor and called Alan out again to double check that everything was okay. He seemed put out that we asked him to return and he assured us that it was all good, but tightened all things down again to give us peace of mind that It was all set up correctly. We ended up having to call North Western Energy when we smelled the gas odor again almost 2 months later. Turns out he didn't properly install the line and tightened things so much that he crack the pipes, and caused gas leaks in multiple locations where he tightened things down. In my opinion gas is not something to mess around with, and the fact that we called more then once to have it resolved and it still wasn't is concerning. They put my family at great risk in the meantime. Will NEVER recommend B&N plumbing, or use them, in the future.

B&N handily beat two other bidders for our on-demand water heater project.
