This was a service request with Fidelity Home Warranty based on a pipe leak from the tub. I had a very similar experience to other customer reviews on here. It seemed like this vendor was doing everything he could to weasel out of the work and barely did anything to actually identify what the problem was. He barely took anytime to inspect and evaluate the areas where the source of the leak was and said that this would be an uncovered service. I feel like he's just doing this to collect the service fee on his end. Buyer beware!

One star is too high! He's a scammer hands down! He lied about being unable to snake the shower cause the screws were ""stripped"". He was sent by our home warranty company.
We called another Plumber and he removed the screws in 10sec and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately we had to pay the $85 for the BN guy and then pay the $175 for the real plumber. This BN guy works for many home warranty companies and apparently makes his money by just showing up to the job site. Beware!!!!!

BN Plumbing was assigned to evaluate a broken garbage disposal by my home insurance company, American Home Shield. BN Plumber arrived and instantly determined that the garbage disposal was broken due to a cherry pit and the work is not covered. I advised that I never had cherries, so then he said it is due to coffee grounds. Then he promptly left. It sure felt like the plumber arrived with the intent to find a way to deny the work and rush off. Obviously, he is paid for the visit whether he does any work or not. I appealed his decision requesting another plumber and Tavor Plumbing came out. Rick from Tavor Plumbing worked with the warranty company to approve replacement of the garbage disposal. Tavor Plumbing completed the garbage disposal replacement in grand fashion. This is just my experience so decide for yourself.

This guy is unfortunately associated with American Home Shield. He has come to my house twice, but never performed any work and just collected his insurance money.

The first time we needed a fix for a garbage disposal button. He said it was not covered, and left. I fixed it myself with a $3 piece of plastic from the local hardware store in less than 10 minutes.

The second time he showed up 2 hours late to inspect a toilet and shower that were draining slowly. He decided it was not covered, and that it would cost at least $200 extra to fix. Since it was not covered, he suggested we ask AHS for reimbursement. And then he left without performing any work, and AHS is refusing to provide a refund.

So, in my experience this guy just gets paid by AHS to say something isn't covered and then leaves without ever doing any work. If that's what you're looking for, then he's your guy!

I had an old faucet that was leaking and he came by and replaced it, taking about 30 minutes and fixed my problem. I've had him service my place twice and he seemed quite knowledgeable about why there were issues in my apartment and advised on those issues.

This is a provider for American Home Shield warranty. He came to repair a small leak from the hose underneath the faucet. He didn't investigate the leak, didn't come with any tools, and told us we have the get a new faucet but insurance won't cover the same model and he left. It is obvious that he came already decided that he will tell us something that is not covered and leave. When I called the insurance company they said he put in the report that the leak is from the supply line outside the unit which is not covered. He didn't even turn the water on to see where the leak was. This company is a joke.

This plumbing company came out to replace a faucet in our downstairs bathroom in January 2020. This bathroom has not been used since he repaired it (our son is back home) and started to use the faucet and the whole handle came out and it also leaks.
I called him and the owner told me that he only warranties his work for 60 days and that he did not care that I would call the BBB because he has plenty of work.
DO NOT use him for your home plumbing cuz he does not stand behind his work.
