We called 3 plumbers before BNK, they each promised to call us back soon but did not. After a week we had the pleasure of calling BNK. The dispatcher said she could send a plumber to replace our disposal that afternoon and that she would call when he was on his way. She did! Trevor showed up, replaced the disposal, and even checked a couple other pieces of equipment while here. He was tidy, friendly, and explained how the system worked. He didn't even complain about being sniffed by our dog. We paid with a credit card.

I was able to get help less than 24 hours. They were on time, did job well, explained the issue and cause. I would use them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had similar issues to those below. Our sink backed up and we couldn't use it. We called our home warranty (another issue with in itself) and they sent out B-N-K. They called me at work at 1:30 pm and told me i need to get home since the plumber was at the job before ours and it was 9 minutes away. Let me preface that the distance between jobs was 9 minutes away but they were not actually 9 minutes away. I rush home from work to sit and wait. At 3:30 I called back and spoke with Alicia in the office. I let her know i had been waiting for over 1.5 hours and could they give me an ETA as I had to pick up my kids up. She told me that their guys said they would be there by 4:00 after i told her i needed to get my kids at 4. I told her that i would be back as soon as I can and can the guys please wait. She told me they would only wait 10 min and that if i wasn't there they would leave. I hauled ass to get my kids and come home and was there on time.... They were not there. They actually didn't event show up until after 5:40pm. They came in and looked at the sink and the piping and said they had to call their supervisor. I could see them texting with someone while ""looking"" at the sink and they proceeded to go back to their truck. They came back and told me they could not work on our sink because it was not up to code. They could not take it a part the pipes, to rod it out and put it together back to code... So 5-6 hours later, $75 fee charges from American Home shield for work that wasn't event done. I wasted half of my work day dealing rushing and waiting for nothing to get resolved. I am thoroughly convinced that the companies contracted to do home warranty jobs treat these claims as jobs that don't matter or take them seriously. BNK and American home shield are clearing in cahoots and are just taking money and not completing their services. Total Scam. Thanks BNK for allowing me to wait 5.5 hours but you wouldn't wait 10 minutes. Thank you for showing me what kind of business you are running so that I never use you again. Word of mouth and negative reviews sadly make more of a difference than positive reviews. After speaking with 5 other plumbing companies they all accepted the job and all confirmed your reasoning was bullshit!

We contacted B-N-K PLUMBING INC for a home warranty repair.
The employee that came out was definitely NOT interested in doing the work to replace/fix our leaking water heater. They termed it ""pre-existing"" even though we just had the home inspection 3 weeks ago.
That in itself, I guess I could see...but we had filled the water heater (at their request) so they could confirm the leak.
The B-N-K PLUMBING INC employee left my wife to drain the water heater after they left.
No, not really ""their job"", but I guess they are not geared toward being helpful at all.
Thanks for the $75 and see you later.

What kind of scam are scam are you running here. We had them come out because our home warranty told us that is who we had to use for a stoppage. First they tell us that we don't have an access line and that they would have to rot out via the upstairs toilet. The problem was fixed for about 10 hours and then we had stoppage again. We called them out an additional 2 times and they still did not fix the issue. They then tried to tell us that we needed to install and access line and that it would be somewhere between $3-4K. That being a lot of money, we had Roto Rooter come out for a second opinion. We showed Roto Rooter some pipe that had water squirting out of it during the stoppage (we showed BNK the same pipes btw) and those are our access lines!! We not only have an access line, we have 2 of them. 2 of them.... We showed you these same pipes, bnk, and you called them plumbing vent lines. Ridiculous. You tried to take advantage of us. We are spreading the word with everyone we know.

We had BNK out through our home warranty service for a faucet that had gone bad and was leaking. They had just installed it 2 years prior so that should've been a warning. After confirming it needed replaced they left saying they didn't have a spare with them and told me to keep a bowl under the leak. With 3 small kids at home all day, we use this sink a lot so this was not a great option!

They called days later and they gave me the options to pay an additional $100 to get a faucet that had a matching finish or go with builder grade. I called my husband who was out of town and he called them and ultimately told them to install the builder grade as we were planning to remodel the kitchen in the near future. 2 more days later they install the faucet and it only reaches one half of our divided sink, unfortunately not the side with the disposal! This alone took 3 hours (2nd warning sign) and they refused to fix it or return our home warranty fee.

When my husband called to complain, the owner told him that I had told him to install it even after he told me it wouldn't work. I don't normally run into sexist contractors, but this was blatant. When my husband reminded him that he had called to confirm the faucet choice and spoken to their customer service, the owner again showed sexism and said the woman answering the phone didn't know anything and he shouldn't have listened to her!

Now that we're remodeling the kitchen we will definitely not be having them do our plumbing and have removed them from our call list with our home warranty service.

I was researching plumbers for my elderly great Aunt Agnes who lives in Johnsberg, She's 86 and she isn't very savvy when it comes to hiring people (no, Agnes, the nice young fellow with the nose ring who helped you with your groceries at Meijer last week probably can't fix the pipes under the house) so I looked around online for plumbers and called BNK and initially spoke to Rachel. I explained my aunt's situation and she was super helpful, she understood what was needed and sent someone right out to help her. Boy was my aunt thrilled with the guys who came to help. She even gave them some fresh banana bread she just made, and she doesn't do stuff like that often! She even called up Rachel again afterward thanking her for sending them. That's really saying something because Aunt Agnes doesn't remember things that well but she remembered how nice Rachel was to her, and she later told me she wrote the name BNK Plumbing in her rolodex with a big star by the name, so she'd remember they were good people. So thanks BNK on behalf of Aunt Agnes. And now we have a good place for the future, the next time something gets flushed down the toilet that shouldn't be.

I tried to use BNK plumbing through my American home shield. We had to switch. Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager basically mocked me throughout my call with him. They give out five hour time slots, so you literally have to take an entire day off for a 30 minute service call. Stay away from this company.
