Damaged my floor-- Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve that needed replacement. They gave me a reasonable quote if I paid cash. Water heater works fine but a few days later I noted the floor damaged and buckling. Water was under the laminate wood floor boards from the water heater to the wall. The old unit was not leaking. The new unit is not leaking. No other water source and they needed towels to clean some water during the replacement process. It was more water than they are claiming since my flooring needs replacement. They were initially unresponsive then when I did speak to someone they took no accountability and laughed at my request to replace the flooring they damaged. Savings were not worth the damage done.

I had the pleasure of something leaking through my ceiling. My 'regular' plumber didn't return my call so a friend suggested I give BNC a call, which I did.
Scheduled an appointment for the next day at noon. Really nice and helpful folks on the phone. Gary was to be 'my' guy.
Unfortunately he called me and let me know my job would be delayed due to problems of the job he was on at the moment.
It was a long wait for me, Gary did make it and did an awesome job. He worked quickly and efficiently, took all trash with him and left the area as clean as he had found it.
I did take one star off for the plumber being way over scheduled and my 4 hour wait beyond my appointment. But I liked the ease of scheduling, the office staff, the plumber himself and the pricing wasn't too bad either.
