I needed repairs after a home inspection and when I called, they were informative and able to schedule quickly. The tech who showed up, Phil, was fantastic. He was on time (right near the start of his 10-2 time slot). He listened to all the needs and quickly handled each task. One thing was a bit messy and he cleaned it all up!!! And the best part? The bill was not super high! I've had plumbers charge more just to snake a drain. I plan to refer them to everybody!!

McCalls crew showed up in a snowstorm to snake a clogged up main drain. They had to work from a cleanout deep in the house but managed to do so without creating a mess. The plumber diagnosed the problem in the main drain and I had McCalls crew do the repair a week later. The repair included breaking up concrete in the basement to dig down to the incorrectly installed main drain. The crew taped everything off and did a clean job that didn't interfere with our use of the house. Now the cost is what is, didn't seem out of line for the scope of work.

It was a bathroom vanity drain. I bought a new bathroom vanity and the faucet and drain set to go with it to update my bath in my older Clinton home. According to youtube, this a fairly simple install and anyone should be able to do it if they want to save a plumber's fees.

Everything installed fairly easily except I couldn't get it to stop leaking where the drain meets the sink area. After numerous visits to Clinton Hardware and lots of great advice from the sales persons there and the purchase of new fittings, it still leaked!!! Frustration! Clinton Hardware said call B McCall. Having lived in this area a long time, it's not the first time I've called or used this company. I've always gotten great service!

The technician/plumber was there shortly and put it together as I did and it still leaked! That made me feel better. But, the difference was, he then used his skill and knowledge to make it stop leaking and saved the day! Thank you to B McCall Plumbing! And also to Clinton Hardware who cheerfully refunded the parts I no longer needed!

I would not recommend this company as long as Kevin works here because he is very rude and disrespectful. Prior to interacting with him, I was on the verge of recommending this company to my work colleagues because of the prompt service and politeness of the technicians. I wanted an estimate for installing my shower head in the ceiling and for potentially having plumbing work done to install handheld shower heads as well. I set up an appointment for this afternoon (Monday 6/25), a technician named Phil came out shortly thereafter, was very polite, and made it seem like he could perform the work (and that it was just a matter of scheduling the appointment). He informed me that he would provide photos and information back to the office and then Kevin would provide me with an estimate. It sounded simple enough and I was looking forward to the call. Kevin called me and was very condescending and demeaning throughout the course of the conversation. All he did was talk about the difficulties and impossibilities associated with performing the work. When I finally had a chance to speak after having to hear his negative tirade, I asked if he could provide me with a price and he did not. He claimed it was extremely expensive and it seemed like he made prejudgments about me. How does he know if something is expensive for me?! Who is he to judge whether I can afford to pay for their services?! I informed him that he was extremely rude and disrespectful and he tried to defend his behavior. So yes I did hang up. He acted like I was a contractor and like this is my area of expertise AND IT IS NOT. THAT IS WHY I GOT IN CONTACT WITH THESE SUPPOSED EXPERTS! I was extremely confused and disappointed because when I spoke with Phil, he seemed like it was very feasible to perform the work. So I was very confused with the contradictory information. In summary, Kevin needs to learn better customer service skills. This is such a contrast to the experience I had in early June when they performed work at my property for a kitchen sink drain. The technicians were polite and the lady I spoke with was polite but Kevin has COMPLETELY turned me off to this company.

Installed a very expensive frost-free faucet that still froze and burst (even though we have had a very mild winter!). The reason for the rating is that they refused to stand behind their work and tried to charge me for another expensive faucet. while they have good plumbers working for them, the manager is a stinker and rude to his customers. Stay away from these losers.
