I would give them 10 Stars if I could!! Maria was very pleasant and answered all my questions on the phone. Brad in is one of the nicest, most genuine people I have met in a long time!
Their pricing is the best in the business! It is straight forward and honest - no guess work. Other companies state if they need to bring in equipment it is several hundred dollars more. The dig fee is only $30 a foot and Brad did it quickly and accurately with a small backhoe. Randall & Isaiah were great also! The entire process was quick and easier than I could have imagined!
I cannot recommend them enough - you will not be disappointed!
Side note - I would absolutely avoid Sloane Plumbing dba Tri-Cities Septic. I will give a detailed review on their site.

Had a backup situation. Spoke with owner's wife, Maria. Her and Brad (owner and husband) were able to come to the home within 24 hours. Both of them were AMAZING! I got such a good education on things to check and how to protect my new home, I had to slow them down to take notes! They completed the job efficiently and cleanly. They showed me what they were doing at every turn and friendly as can be while doing it! I can't recommend them enough.

I called this company never have called a septic company before because I never had to use one and they called back the same day not only that they came out to my house the same week and they were absolutely amazing. They talked us through the process let us know what was going on and I felt like they were completely honest weren't trying to get any more out of us and that was a relief. I will definitely be calling this company again in the future when I'm due for another pump.
He also had an additional truck that was hauling equipment to dig for the septic in case it was more than 2 feet down which it wasn't but it was refreshing to see that he had his own equipment not like some of these other companies who tell you if it's more than 2 feet you will have to rent equipment not only will that cost you a bundle more but the headache is just not worth it.
I have just moved to the area so finding a reliable company is really important for me and I truly found that in this company and I would highly recommend them to anybody that is looking for any septic needs.
