Have used them in the past for both plumbing and heating work in my home as well as my mother-in-laws home. The work was good. Recently I found myself in need of a plumber and contacted them. I called three times over 2 days and spoke to their answering service during normal business hours as was told that the owner would get back to me. They never called me back. Very disappointed with the follow up.

We have a steam heating system that had extensive issues. BMC were professional, honest, and fast. A friend recommended them and couldn't say enough good things, so we had them Install a new water heater for us last year. We called them again recently and had new toilets installed & the bathroom sink snaked. A little pricey (they all are, right?), but the work was excellent and the guys were great. BMC is small but they come right away, on time, and give good advice & very personal service.

Well here I am again! Earlier this week a water main in my neighborhood burst. we were without water for quite a while. when the water did come back on the pressure was so had you could hear it all over the house. little did I know that, that same pressure blew a gasket off my main water line and my basement was slowly filling with water! The next day I found the issue and immediately called BMC. Within 30 minutes John was at my door. He new just what to do and in a matter minutes fixed the problem! I was overjoyed with the service, the speed, and the professionalism! Had to share!!!!!

Excellent! Family owned and operated, which is what I prefer. Came when my heat went out during a very cold spell. Let me borrow a space heater until my heat was fixed. Explained everything that was broken. Offered fair price and quality products to replace equipment and parts. All workers are professional and trustworthy. A+

I trust these guys implicitly, to the extent that I feel comfortable having them in my home whether or not I am present. Good, competent folks. Definitely recommend.

job consisted of a simple disconnecting and reconnecting water and gas in 3 kitchen appliances- the job was done adequately but the cost was outrageous and exploitative- and disproportionate to the work- original bill was 1040 dollars for three hours of work and three valves- owner of the plumbing company assisted for I/2 hour , 15 minutes of which was devoted to calculating the bill.
