Requested a bid from multiple plumbers on Yelp to simply replace a shower handle that I though was not installed properly because I couldn't get the shower to come on. Brent at B-Line Plumbing asked for a picture and pretty quickly told me exactly how to switch the water to the shower without charging me a dime. The only one out of 7 plumbers to do that.

Very impressed by that when I was ready to fork over a couple hundred bucks for an uneccessary shower handle replacement! He's now earned a loyal client, thanks Brent!!

Had a frozen pipe with this last freeze. Was doing everything I could think of to thaw it (space heater, etc). I was told on the phone that it sounded frozen and there likely wasn't much more they could do but to keep doing what I was doing, would I still like someone to come out? I said sure, I had other plumbing things to check out. The plumber helped answer questions about 4 other potential projects and confirmed that the original pipe was in fact frozen. All of this without a charge. I will definitely be using this company again!!

Owner, Brent, responded very quickly AND came same day, after hours. He is very conscientious and thorough. My 8 yr old was infatuated in what Brent was doing...snaking and unclogging the drain; Brent didn't mind him tagging along and asking many questions. Great job and worth the money. He is well connected and gave a great recommendations on companies that needed to follow up after the damage.
