Not only did he come out but did a thorough inspection and suggested we contact the city as the water knock may be stemming from our water meter outside. Our hot water heater wouldn't stay lit. We had a couple of other companies come out & wouldn't even really look at it but immediately said it was old & needed replaced costing anywhere from $1500 to $3000, which would have been really difficult to come up with right now.
