I was called back right away, and I was at work when they came and replaced my pump without telling me how much it would cost. Then, Dave started texting me saying I better pay within 3 hours or he was pushing a button and turning off my water. Then after 65 texts, he started calling and saying how cute I was and they he knew I wasn't going to pay, and kept saying the most bizarre things to me that I had to go to the police and file a report. It was the most scary and unproffessional experience I've ever had. He called me the 3rd time in an hour and when my husband got on, he said, ok, I know how it is and hung up. He charged me 1700 for 1 hour of work and a pump. They were in and out in 1 hour and when I asked for a bill , he said no. If you are a woman, Run. He tried to Bully me and then when I didn't cave in, He got crazy.

My family has used BL Myers for over 20 years, and just like all the other reviews, this company has completely gone awry. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF! They replaced my well-pump and pressure tank 2.5 years ago both failed again (not their fault), but charged me full price anyway. It was not until I pulled up my own warranties to determine I should not have been charged full price it is still under manufacturer's warranty. When I contacted them to discuss this, they said they would look into it. That was over a month ago. As a persistent customer, who's also a customer service professional, I gave them the benefit of the doubt to get this resolved. Now when they see my phone number come up, they refuse to return my calls or answer to correct this wrongful charge of $3700. Yet, if I call from any other phone number (thinking I may be a new customer), Dave will answer and give me some excuse as to why he hasn't been able to look into or refund my funds.

David Myers you are a thief and I will never refer any friends or family to use your service ever. Your company has gone downhill since you have been placed in charge. I encourage you call me back to discuss this but WE both know you will never call anyone back!

The worst company I've ever done business with. I don't usually write reviews but maybe this will save someone else some time. Appointment was set to service my home water treatment system and well. Received a call that there was an emergency and they had to reschedule. Waited for them to show on rescheduled date and no one showed. No one ever answered the phone or emails/voicemails asking for an explanation. This was now months ago with no response. Who does that? Would give negative stars if I could. Stay away from this poor excuse for a business.

Used BL Myers years ago and they used to be good. They have gone way downhill. Now they don't answer the phone, don't call back and don't follow through on what they say they are going to do. On top of which they charge outrageous prices. Will never use again

My well pump failed and I called BL Myers emergency line, left message, and received a call from Dane within 10 mins...explained situation and he got to my house 35 mins later!! Within 90 mins, my pump was replaced and everything working perfectly!! Dane was prompt, polite, straightforward and honest, you could not ask for better service. This company has a long history and tradition in this area and it shows why they have been in business for so long....Dane's grandfather drilled my well in 1983 and I plan on continuing to go to them for everything well related :) Thank you!!

Great fast service! On time service calls. Small window for service. Water conditioning/drilling/well pump experts! Very friendly employees and 24/7 emergency calls! No water. No problem

WARNING, warning, warning! Do NOT use and/or consider this company as a vendor! I have been forced to do business with them do to the fact that they installed the well and water conditioning system at my home when it was first constructed. Both employees and management are incompetent, unprofessional. Service staff has been sent to my home only to tell me that both the well and softening system had not been installed correctly, then charge me to fix it.
The manager from this company visited my home to assure me that the problems I was having would be handled. I even asked for a quote to install a new system. He promised, promised, promised to get right back to me. Smiled and promised again. Never heard from him again and that was a year ago.
These guys can drill a hole in the ground, but that's where it ends. Take the money and run guys!
