Not a fan. Their receptionist gave us the wrong instructions and we were not there when the work was done. When we got the bill and asked for clarification, we never got a straight answer and never heard back from them. We do not know if the work was done as initially discussed.

We had a great experience using B&K Plumbing. The owner came for an estimate 2 days after we called, and in less than a week the installer, Brian came and replaced our faucet and installed an RO filtration system in 2.5 hours. He was very professional, organized, and cleaned up well. Our new faucet is great and the filtered water a great treat. Thank you B&K. We will call again when we need a plumber. We will highly recommend this company to our friends.

Awful!! The guy who came to my house was nice, I had him look at my hot water heater. He told my wife we needed a new water heater but left no explanation of why we needed one. I called the owner to ask why and he immediately started screaming at me, he was so pissed off that I would question him or his guys about why I would need this $800 part!! He was so rude and still never gave me the explanation why I needed a new one! I found another plumber to do the job and it cost me way less! I would never use b&k again!!! Find another guy to do the job!

We have always used B@K plumbing since we moved to Punta Gorda 7 years ago. Always satisfied but recently we needed our leaking toilets to be fixed and our kitchen sink. They sent Mr. Personality [lol ] Norm who was the most miserable person in the world. He was here for over two hours, half fixed the toilets, and said he did'nt want to be bothered to fix the sink. Had to come back because we had no hot water in the kitchen sink. Said our line was clogged. That's funny, it wasn't clogged when he got here. Charged us over $300 dollars for lousy, rude service. Never again B@K!!!! You have lost a customer.

If you have nothing going on in your life, and LOVE waiting for people to show up, then B&K are the plumbing people for you! I lost 4 days of my life waiting for them to show up. The fun part about that was, they kept me hanging on, by saying """"Someone was one the way"""" They were NOT! I have a puppy that has NO direction and cannot be controlled....I named him B&K.

Very highly recommend this company. I got estimates from 4 different companies and this one was the lowest. I couldn't find many reviews, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was thrilled with the work they did and found them to be honest and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work. Much better experience than other plumbers I have used in the area.
