Loved loved loved the service that I received from this company. It's really neat that it's owned and operated by the boss and his wife. He answered all my questions, gave me his honest advice, and consistently communicated what was happening to me through a phone call or text. I like the he was quick to reply and quick to respond. My garbage disposal was leaking and had been dripping into the cabinet below the sink. The damage ha been hidden by the obtrusive RO tank. Once I discovered it today, it was clear that it had been leaking for some time. I found BK Ferguson here on Yelp. I liked their positive reviews so I called them. The owner, Brett Ferguson, answered and was able to fit me in this afternoon. Thank goodness. He came over and diagnosed the problem. The garbage disposal itself wasn't faulty, but the original installation had been, causing the leakage. The resultant corrosion required a partial rebuild on the body of the garbage disposal. Brett and his assistant did an excellent job in repairing the damage - can't believe I hadn't noticed how bad it was. They were efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. I will definitely keep BK Ferguson Plumbing in my ""Rolodex"" as my go-to plumber.

Brett responded quickly and came out quickly. Brett is HONEST & reasonably priced. We had Brett install 2 faucets, a reverse osmosis, and a water softener. He did a great job and we will wholeheartedly use him again!!!

I had a washer dryer line go bad and there was water shooting all over the garage and I had to shut the water off to the house to get it to stop. (lucky me, this was as the moving truck/movers were arriving). ? Brett was very responsive, gave me a quote and it was very reasonable. The few times Ive had a plumbing job that needed to be addressed, Ive always cringed because it seems like its hard to find a good honest plumber.. and Ive had a larger corporate plumber co try to take advantage and screw me over before (dont worry, I told them to go pound sand). B&K Ferguson is a small family owned business and that's where I prefer my hard earned money to go-to good honest hardworking people. I will definitely be making Brett from B&K Ferguson my plumber for any future needs!
