B & J Plumbing was founded in 1971 by the Harris family. At first, they specialized on the West Seattle community, but rapidly grew their service area to include both north and south areas of Seattle. Renowned for their honesty and strong relationships with homeowners, they grew their operation into a highly regarded family-run business over the next two decades. In 1999, Doug Harris, who became the title of Master Journeyman Plumber through his father's apprenticeship, assumed control of the business.
Today, the operation continues to operate as it did at its beginning, upholding the legacy of the company and placing core values at the forefront of their goals.

I hired B & J Plumbing for a master BR rough-in on seven new fixtures. Out of four plumbing companies, Austin walked me through every step. He ensured that my questions was answered promptly and he provided significant guidance towards this remodel.
The company is family owned and spans three generations of plumbers. Austin, the latest owner, is personally transforming and expanding the business with a stronger web presence.
I strongly recommend going with B & J for your plumbing projects.

They have since added additional features as I've needed them. I am a demanding customer with very high standards; B&J Plumbing have far exceeded my expectations every time.
Marty D.I would give no stars if I could. Don't bother with this business. I contacted Austin for an estimate several weeks ago. He asked that I send photos of the problem (which I did immediately) and that he could probably come over around 4:00 p.m. that day. He didn't show up, he didn't call, he didn't text, nothing. When I hadn't heard from him two weeks later, I texted asking if he was interested or not because I really needed a repair job done right away. Still NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!! Thumbs down on this business. Instead, call Pinky's Plumbing who came at the appointed time and got the job done in a very professional manner and were also very nice!
