I called bj has done rough in inspection on the house and has been very good to me and Trudy. Joseph Delgado always used him. I called about a plumbing issue on Joe's house the secretary or whoever she is was rude told me they was booked out for months to come. I used them twice paid my bill in full and was treated like shut just for trying to book a appointment that's my God's honest truth, still have records for service in the 80s

I called them out and told them I'd like to have my boiler maintenance done. They showed up and told us that it was fine and that they already knew because he was related to the person who sold me my house. Did 0 work and hung out telling my wife about the past residents. Told us to call if anything comes up. Then they send a bill for 120 bucks. I called to explain that the work was not done and they just stood around talking and then left. The very very rude woman who answered the phone said that's what they charge how will you pay check or card? I said I wasn't going to pay for them not doing any work. She said fine I'll send you to collections and hung up. I called back and asked for the manager she said that was her and that if we aren't paying she's sending it to collections. Then hung up on me again. Horrible customer service. Do not use this company. They just like getting paid for not working.

this company is great. they always show up and do the job right. Septic, water heater and other plumbing. they are awesome.
