I have had B & J Plumbing and Drain servicing my home for the last 20 years. Brad is very professional and does great work. He is dependable & pleasant to work with. He has even been over on a wknd to service an emergency. I would highly recommend B & J to everyone!

B&J Plumbing/septic is notorious for poor or no communication. I have phoned them 8 times and left messages. They never return calls. This, apparently is business as usual for this company as my sister and neighbor both have changed to different companies as B&J never returned their calls either. I am baffled as to how they stay in business. Don't waste your time with this company. TWP PS: I would give them zero stars if that were possible.

I have had nothing but good service from Brad. He has helped me deal with problems as I am new to holding tank issues. He comes ASAP as I call him!
I would suggest to the other person that reviewed the bill issue that they deal with the realtor who contacted Brad to begin with.

Brad from B & J Plumbing was called to do some work at our house in Wisconsin by our realtor after we had moved to Florida. When my realtor informed me that I owed B & J for the work, I immediately sent a check. Not knowing that I had paid the bill, the title company also paid him for the work and deducted the funds from our proceeds . I contacted Brad to tell him about the double payment and he told me he would refund the money to me. I called him many times after the initial call and sent him texts and emails but he has never returned my double payment, nor did he reply to any of my messages, emails or texts. BTW, he had done other jobs for me in the past and we had never had a problem.

Since I live in Florida now, I am at a disadvantage and limited in solutions to collect this double payment from him. I do, however, think other potential customers should be aware of problems that past customers have experienced so they can proceed with caution.

Had brad install water line to ice maker. Work was professional and on time. I would recommend for any pluming job in Deforest.
