He is crook, will not answer phones calls because he lied about providing a service even though he never showed up.

I called my warranty company about my electrical panel and they sent this company. The company canceled 3 appointments thru the warranty company before coming out. I called this company numerous times and I did not get an answer nor a call back. Finally, on Jan 28, 2024 he showed up, I showed him the panel and he then says, """"I will get a 240v panel and install it."""" It took him all of 5 mins to come in, look at the panel, give a resolution and leave. He did not contact me back he did not put in the resolution immediately with the warranty company. After days he actually closed the case with the warranty company and said it was completed. My deductible is gone and I haven't had any repairs done. Please beware and don't use.

Bert has been to my house on several occasions for service calls from my Home Warranty Company. All promises up front and then he ghosts you. Never calls back, never turns in any info to the Warranty Company until they question him and never returns calls. I've been stuck without several appliances for MONTHS while waiting for the Warranty Company to contact him and then they finally give up and send a new company out. Start the process again. Seriously? Now, when we have a service need, we have to specify that he is not allowed on our property again due to the extremely bad service in prior contacts. Avoid him at all cost.

He was assigned to our house through our home warranty. Our downstairs air conditioner was not working. He came out and told us that we had three leaks and needed more Freon. He supposedly repaired those and the unit worked good for two weeks but then started blowing hot air. The warranty company contacted him four or five times and he kept telling them he was going to come fix it and he never showed up or called. He would not answer my phone calls or return my voicemails. The warranty company reassigned our claim after dealing with him for over a week.

Although I must express reservations about when to expect Bert to show up for your appt, he correctly diagnosed a problem almost instantly that 2 other HVAC """"experts"""" had diagnosed wrong after much longer time. He was a really nice guy, yet all business and very professional. He was willing to show up the next day after us waiting, literally, weeks for misdiagnoses of the prior 2. He had to order the part or would have easily finished it the first visit. Very fast, clean, and keeps working on it until its done. I highly recommend him!

Horrible he came out diagnosed the problem took our money and never contacted our warranty company I tried to call him no answer what so ever then I blocked my number and called him and he called back all I wanted for him was to give my warranty company the diagnoses that's it well still hasn't done it won't answer his phone won't call back but will take your money/check and cash it in a heartbeat he's a crook....when someone says B&j heat and air don't do it unless you have money to throw away because that's what you will be doing....had to give a star rating to post just know its a negative one star

Bert showed up and diagnosed my problem, and never came back. Barely go hold of him, and never showed up when he said he would. I would not recommend.

Plumbing services were performed October 2023. Multiple leaks on a water line in the crawlspace were found by the contractor, B & J Heating Air and Electric. The contractor removed a section, less than 5 ft., and replaced it with a section of pvc and 3 sharkbite connectors. In removing this section the contractor also cut the line leading to the outside water spigot and did not repair it. So I am clear, the contractor cut the water supply completely out for the outside faucet. The repair that was made did not resolve all of the leaks on the water line, only what was visible from the crawl space door. The water that was left leaking by your contractor could have created conducive conditions for not only water damage but also mold and pest related issues. To properly repair the leaks, during the Christmas holiday, over 200.00 was spent on materials and tools and many hours of labor. Do Not Use
