Brian was beyond amazing to work with! I had a pex line in my garage burst for a third time in one year, so I contacted another plumber who I had previously worked with, and they quoted me an astronomical amount to entirely replace the system without actually diagnosing the issue and then referred me to HVAC companies which quoted me even more. Because of this, I reached out to Brian who came out to take a look at my system. He took the time to understand the system, identify the issues, and to work through the variety of issues that came up. He was extremely thoughtful and respectful of my budget while ensuring we upgraded my system to minimize the risk of my pex lines bursting going forward. He even took the time to look at my neighbor's system while he was working on my house because they had a similar issue in their garage!
