Despite the icy road conditions Mike came out to look at my clogged drain pipe in the kitchen. He made quick work of the clogs and was done in an unexpectantly short amount of time. He also gave me a few pointers on how to prevent clogs in the future. So, pleasant, knowledgeable, accommodating, and fairly priced, who could ask for more.

Sewer drain was backing up. Called & left a msg and Mike called me back within 20 min. 30 min later he was at my house. He was quick, super nice, explained what was going on and fixed our problem all while I was on my lunch break. Highly recommend!

I called Mike upon a referral from my Septic Cleaning company. Mike was great. He came out immediately (I was faced with a clogged inlet line). This is the first septic system I have owned. Mike was polite, told me what to look for, addressed the issue, and his rate was very fair. Would recommend for sure!

B&G Sewer and Drain ... worst ever. Never, ever use them. One of the rudest business men I have ever spoken to. He insisted that we should have checked the septic level to avoid his bogus charges. When I told him I am a nurse and Dave is a teacher, so septic tanks are not our area of expertise, he told me if he walked into a room and a patient had no pulse, he would know they are dead. Good comparison, buddy.

Had a clogged main drain between house and septic tank, and the Home Depot power snake rental didn't do the job. Called at 8:00am Monday morning, and a tech was here by 8:30, cleaned up & gone by 9:30. The tech was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing inside or outside drain service.
