I've had a similar experience as some other recent reviews... They were unprofessional and seemed shady. The pricing wasn't what they said it would be so they end up way overcharging you for the slow and lazy work. If I had the chance I wouldn't use them and would find anyone else. Dishonest business because of the terrible management and more importantly ownership. You've been warned

Highly recommend. I've had them install two toilets, a new garbage disposal and a shower head. They are prompt, professional, friendly and affordable. I haven't had them do a larger project yet, eventually I'd like to get an outdoor faucet moved, but they will be the ones I call when I'm ready to do it.

I had a small leak on the shut off valve on the main water line coming in to my house. They responded quickly to replace the valve. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

This has nothing to do with the quality of work this company preforms, but whoever is driving their trucks is a dangerous driver. I was coming home from Clackamas and merging onto the highway from the Sunnyside exit and this truck with plastered with the B&G logo merges into my lane without signal while I was clearly next to them, when I honked to let them know I was there they still continued to merge into me. After successfully avoiding being hit and merging onto the highway, I end up side by side with them and the woman driving and the child beside her flip me off and start yelling derogatory things out their window at myself (who is pregnant) and my fiancé, while we have two young girls in the back.

We had several plumbing problems in the kitchen and shower. Kenneth and his crew were very thorough in their work. They quickly determined the issue and explained everything they were doing in detail and made sure that we understood how our new fixtures work. He even went over how to troubleshoot common minor problems in the future. Big plus: They are all very friendly guys and love dogs! Really appreciate their professionalism.

Outstanding customer service and very reasonable rates. Craig called me in advance to let me know when he would arrive and he did an excellent job in quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem I had with a plugged toilet.
Also, Craig was very helpful in giving me some tips on how to prevent future plumbing problems. Overall, this was a very positive experience.
From now on, B&G is who I will contact when I'm in need of any plumbing services.

These guys were impressive. I now have a beautiful copper pipe for water service from the street to my house. The city inspector was impressed, too. The price was very reasonable. I will use them again and will recommend B & G to my neighbors.
