Biff Mahn entered the plumbing field at just 10 years old. He began by assisting the crew with flashlights and occasionally fitting into cramped areas that the larger workers couldn't reach. Although he didn't get paid at the start, he gained essential insights. During high school, he began earning a paycheck, spending summers as a plumber's apprentice. He has been part of the business ever since.
