At the age of 10, Biff Mahn started his journey in the plumbing business. He started by holding flashlights for the team and sometimes crawling into tight spots that the bigger workers couldn't access. Although he didn't get paid at the start, he gained essential insights. In high school, he started to earn money, working as a plumber's apprentice during the summer months. He has continued with the business ever since.
