The two guys from B&D were very courteous and prompt and knowledgeable. After having at least 5 different plumbers to my home over almost 10 years for the same problem, B&D were the only ones who told me my problem was not my sewer line, but my septic system, which needed to be serviced and repaired. I know nothing about plumbing, I am a health care worker, but that did not stop me from being skeptical, but they proved to be right.
I highly recommend B&D if you want a courteous crew who knows their stuff!!!

I had two other plumbers try to fix a leak in the slab be re-routing my line. It wasn't a standard job but neither could figure it out. I called B&D and they had a solution within an hour of showing up. They were knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable. If I ever need a plumber again that's who I'll call.

These guys are a bit high on the hourly rate - but they show up on time, do the job quickly, and they do the job right the first time.

They were also able to work me into their schedule without emergency fees or the sort.

We had a great experience with B and D plumbing. We never really want to have to hire a plumber but if you do I suggest this company. We had a leak in our pantry and we weren't sure where it was coming from. The plumbers came quickly they, accessed the problem and the quote is reasonable. We needed items that had to be ordered, they ordered them and they came back in a timely manner & installed all new items and everything has been working fine ever since, we will definitely use this business again.

Set up an appointment and they scheduled me a week out with a 4 hour time that they could show up. 8-12. They never showed or called. I took off work and waited until 12:30 before calling them. I called and they said I was one of the next two appointments... I had to go to work so I had to reschedule.

We had an emergency a couple weeks ago, bad smelling liquid coming up through the foundation and the new carpet, and it was a Friday
""Candy"" said a tech would get back with us. No one called. The following Wednesday we called back and were told Candy was on vacation but left no note about our call and they couldn't come out until the following week because the owner was ill.
The following week came and went, no one called no one came. The liquid has spread and all of the new carpet has be pulled out.
If you decide to use them hopefully you will have a better experience.

One contractor highly recommended B&D Plumbing to us. B&D sent Robby and Archie to install a kitchen faucet, disposer, dishwasher connect, and a bar faucet. They treated our project as if it were their project--with great care. They worked together seamlessly on the installations and checked for leaks and other issues for good measure. We were completely satisfied with their professionalism, promptness, and performance. We are glad to have found this business!

B&D Plumbing is a great company. They did the plumbing for my house back in 1985. Really have not had any major problems. That's a great track record. We did the contracting ourselves and built our home choosing the subcontractors. B&D did a great job when we built our home.
