At the time of our annual furnace tune-up, we discovered it wasn't going to make it another season. We reached out to the company referred by Xcel's HomeSmart program, and also B & D Plumbing as we always like to keep it local when we can. When the rep from B & D came out, he was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We decided to replace both our furnace and A/C unit (both 22 years old) at the same time. They were able to complete the job the following week, in one day. We could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism!

Never received estimate on work needed, then after installation was done the price was exorbitant, and a flat rate. They would not itemize it for me and I've emailed them multiple times and I've called them multiple times all saying that they would get back to me. They never did. They will lie to you. Do not use them. Not respecting of the customer.

Complete ripoff - don't go near these guys. They charged $1,000 to hook up two faucets and drains in a bathroom that took 15 minutes, and they screwed up the faucets and both drains leaked and ruined our main floor plaster ceiling. Their plumbers are inexperienced and do poor quality work. Will never use them again!!!

Doing a bathroom remodel and needed a couple shutoff valves installed - compression fitting, no soldering. A quick job 15 minute job and they charged $560!!!!!!! The young kid that came out was nice and knowledgeable but I told him he is working for a crooked company. UPDATE: B&D saw my review and reached out discuss my dissatisfaction. It shows they cared. We had a good, honest conversation about my opinion and came to a mutual solution. Therefore I have increased my rating from a 1 to a 3 because they want to make things right.

Blower motor out on 7 year old Rheem furnace B&D installed. Called to see if it was under warentee. They could not tell me, but would need to send a tech out at $50 to let me know. The earliest the tech could make it was in three days...

We were just charged $450 to fix a leaky outside faucet which took under an hour to repair and no parts required w the explanation that jobs are charged ""by the project."" They've done good work on previous projects thru our contractor, but will not use again for likely straight forward fixes that should be $200 or less...

I bought a new house and they've had 3 technicians come over for free to make sure everything was good and they were very friendly and efficient and I've had no problems with service. Jeremy and Drew were great to deal with! A+++

Seems like maybe like many other service companies these days they are having trouble hiring the right people. They have always been very responsive to service issues until this fall. Have called multiple times to have them return to finish their fall inspections. Can't be too busy to even call to say they will be back at a later date. Cannot recommend this company anymore.

Took advantage of my wife and charged her $850 to install a $100 pressure regulator. Took less than an hour of labor. They're located 1/4 mile from my home, so travel time was less than five minutes. Overpriced outfit which will try to up sell you. There are plenty of quality plumbers in the area who will do the job for much less.

I placed a voice mail on their off hours ""emergency"" line. I had to call again after the business day started to get a response. They were onsite within three hours of that call, quickly got my furnace started in sub zero temps and made a recommendation to replace the furnace. They furnished two competitive quotes. I had to request a written invoice of the services rendered. They have room for some improvement with regards to follow thru service, but I am satisfied with the repair and the cost of that repair.
