Dale is awsome. He helped me out. gave me alot of good advice on how to stop the leak before he even came out to look at and come up with a solution to our problem. He then brought his great team of plumbers and fixed our problem at a reasonable price.
He did anwser the phone after hours on the weekend . i am greatful for him

Had a leak in the ceiling, called on the weekend and Dale responded quickly. Because it was the weekend he provided some suggestions to get me through the weekend so they could respond on Monday. I asked if he would be doing the work and said no, one of his guys would be there. They showed up on Monday but to my surprise it wasn't an employee from B and D, it was another plumbing company. They did a great job but the cost for the 20 minute job was quite high. After speaking to the techs, B and D isn't a plumbing company but a sales company that subs out the work. Maybe good for some folks but if you have a middle man he needs to get paid which made the cost higher then just going to a company that does its own work. Wouldn't recommend them unless you want to pay more for a job that another company could do without the middle man.

Dale from B&D responded very quickly and was very professional! He saved me tons of money because I was told from a different company that I needed a new water heater but he was honest enough to tell me I didn't need a new one and checked everything out for me. I highly recommend B&D plumbing! And God bless them, they're angels!

We are in the process of purchasing a home in Woodcrest, Riverside, CA. We had a concern with a possible slab leak, and needed it checked before we purchase this home. I called B & D Plumbing and was connected with Dale. Dale met us out at the home the following day. I can't begin to say how helpful Dale was. He was all over the place checking every inch. Luckily there wasn't a slab leak and Dale even checked some things outside for us. He spent almost 2 hours and is the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. Thanks Dale, your help was very much appreciated!!!! I'm so glad to know who to call when we have a plumbing problem.
