B C Plumbing has come to the rescue once again. I have had an outside leaking faucet for sometime now. BC Plumbing responded immediately and Billy Ray arrived as promised at 8am this morning. He assessed the problem and made the necessary repairs. My faucet is no longer leaking and working as it should. I appreciate the courteous service and prompt attention I always receive from BC Plumbing. I definitely highly recommend them.

So we were
looking for a good Plumber to do some work at the Plaza of Saint James Court and we called 3 suggestions: BC Plumbing, Tony's Plumbing, and Plumb Right.

Here's the outcome: BC plumbing called back the next day and was quite snippy and sarcastic on the phone. Pretty much told us they don't give estimates unless they were big jobs. When asked for a ballpark amount, the guy goes about $600.

Tony's plumbing called back less than an hour from when I left a message at about 6pm in the evening. He was extremely nice and estimated it would be about $325. He was so nice and said call me when you're ready as I said I had a couple of other estimates I had to get.

Plumb Right: left a message where they said they would call us within 24-hours. They never did.

Guess who we are going with? Tony's Plumbing. We are going to make them our go to plumber for the Plaza. Hope this helps others. First impressions count and attitude is everything!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company does not take responsibility for their poor work. They poorly sealed a pipe which led to extensive leakage and flood damage to my home. Not only do they refuse to take any responsibility at all, they also just completely ignore any emails that I send in an effort to get things resolved outside of court. They completely ignore me hoping I'll go away. Furthermore, the owner had the nerve to call my boss at my place of employment to try to intimidate me to back off. Lastly, they actually sent me a past due notice with a late fee attached for the services which caused the $4300 worth of damage to my home. DO NOT USE!!!!

If I could give them negative stars I would. They flooded my house. They refused to take responsibility for their negligence. The owner and office staff were rude. The plumber disconnected the trap under my kitchen sink and did not reconnect properly or securely. Water and debris from the garbage disposal drained into my cabinets and down the pipe and under the laminate floor. This buckled the laminate flooring over a period of two weeks. While standing in the kitchen looking at the damage his employee caused, the owner repeatedly referred to it as the bathroom(?). Is he losing his marbles? Is that why he is such a rude person? I don't know. I do know that if you use this company you are making a mistake that could cost you thousands of dollars. They don't check their work and they don't take responsibility for their screw-ups. Don't ever use B C Plumbing.

I was called back within 7 minutes and was scheduled within 2 hours of the the call. Chris gave multiple options for replacing the existing line or rerouting. Both prices were reasonable, I went with the reroute. Chris was there the next day and had the job done in three hours. He was friendly, efficient, and honest. He offered his advice on additional plumbing questions. He will be the first company I call for future plumbing issues.

We have used BC plumbing several times. They have always shown up when promised. The repairs are reasonable and the estimate spot on.
