They came in and were very professional and experienced. They were prompt and the technician on site was patient to explain all the steps that were being taken to replace the heater and also took the initiative to replace a valve that had rusted. I am very pleased with the service they provided.

The owner of this company is an immature unprofessional little man. During an interaction with this man child I was speaking normally and respectfully, when he proceeded to yell obscenities at me. When I asked him what I had done wrong and why he was throwing a tantrum. He told me to, ""shove it up my a**"". This began simply because we had been discussing a diagnosis and estimate. This really goes to show the kind of person that runs this business. I can only imagine the work ethics associated with a man that lacks any kind of maturity at such a mature age. When I am dealing with a supposed business professional, I except them to at least have the capability of handling themselves with at least a little bit of decency. Or, I expect a business owner to have at least a little bit a maturity, especially when handling business. Maybe your owner needs to take some anger management classes and possibly take a course or two on customer service. Save yourselves the negativity and avoid this business.

I had an extremely professional and pleasant experience this morning thanks to B&B, I live in a condominium in Sherman Oaks, 3 floors, which means problems are either individual, stack shared (107, 207, 307} or association paid. The gentlemen showed up exactly as scheduled, diagnosed the problem immediately and had it fixed in 30 minutes, it was a severe clog in an elbow joint in the garage area.
They arranged to have the cars that might become a little wet moved out of the way, and did everything with a smile on their faces and great attitude all around. I highly recommend anyone out there use them, you will be very happy you did!! Thanks guys

In my opinion, B&B Plumbing (Van Nuys) is a huge RIP-OFF. I called in and spoke with the owner, Harry. I told him that I needed a new toilet installed (I had supplied the new toilet with all the needed parts), another toilet moved, and that I had a leak under my bathroom sink. He told me that is was a simple job and that I would be shocked at his low price and that it would cost less than me hiring a handyman. He went as far as to say that the toilets were a 15 minute job and even joked that I didn't need to pay the bill if I was not satisfied - this was a lie. A huge commercial truck showed up with 2 men. It took them 4 hours to repair a simple clogged pipe that was about 5 feet long and to replace toilets. I did not ask for 2 men and was not told that 2 men were coming. I received a bill for $749.29. I was grossly overcharged and could not believe that it took 2 licensed plumbers up to 4 hours to locate and fix a simple problem in an isolated area. They kept doing the same thing over and over again, and only after a few hours did they realize the problem was in a connecting pipe. In my opinion, this was a one man job and could have been easily completed by a competent handyman in an hour or so, and I was charged for 2 plumbers for 4 hours who obviously did not know what to look for when the problem was right in front of them. I wrote a letter to the owner complaining about the excessive charges asking him to accept a lesser payment, and was told by someone in billing (I'm guessing) that the they would not reduce the charges and that I needed to pay the entire bill. Again, in my opinion, B & B Plumbing is a RIP-OFF, and I will never use them again because of their outrageous prices, incompetence, and for their dishonesty in telling me that my cost would be less than me hiring a handyman. This was far from the case - the cost turned out to be much, much more than any handyman would have ever charged - and much more than any other one plumber would have charged.

I highly recommend B&B Plumbing. They just did a big plumbing job at my house and I'm sooo happy with their work. Their plumbers are very professional and the owner of the company called me regularly to inform me of the progress of the job. I have used many plumbers in the past but will only use B&B Plumbing at my house from now on. This is a very honest, professional and reliable plumbing company.

They messed up my plumbing, did not pass inspection & wanted to charge us again to fix there Horrible work!
We wanted to sue but decided to move far away from these SCUM BAGS LIKE B&B PLUMBING!
