Have used B&B for years for rental properties and personal home. They are very responsive, work is always done as discussed with no follow up issues.

I called and they came out within 45 minutes. They came out completed the work and even came back and checked to make sure the pipe had sealed. The follow up was amazing. Recommend 100%!!

Called Larry twice for his services. Once for a snaking a drain in the kitchen cleanout area that he did such a perfect job at for us on a Sunday. One week later, at another location a much bigger job for 3 days doing plumbing leak repair and sewer line breakdown with a new clean out under a 53 year old above ground home. Both were emergency services. Larry was the best. He had 2 great, friendly, timely responses. The 3 day job was a really large, messy smelly and difficult one for him and his helpers. Draining all the sewer water from under the house, fixing numerous repairs in the ancient clay pipes from many years ago, and putting in a new clean out for easier access for the future. (the original cleanup was about 3.5 feet under hard dirt in the front yard!). My husband and I felt his work was done very well, Pricing was very fair and he had a calm and focused demeanor through it all. Larry and his helpers were courteous and worked around my tenants and with my husband and I throughout the 2 processes. He is one of the few people I have ever contacted that did not do anything but a great job both times. I highly recommend Larry for any of your plumbing needs.

Purchased a home where these guys did all of the plumbing work. One shower leaked through multiple inspections, finally fixed on round three. The master shower had NO water pressure for weeks. When we moved in, they said it ""met code"". We tried to shower in it. I've been spit on with more force than was coming out of my fancy shower head. That and the tank-less water heater wasn't working well... couldn't even stand getting my head wet despite running the shower for 20-25 min. Needless to say, we are moving on to a different contractor to fix what these guys did wrong.

Don't worry, Buddy's got it, but B & B and Larry Biegler, the owner, do not! Larry, his company and his sub contractors ended up being the worst experience of my life! I got the name of B & B through Home Depot. Larry Biegler sub contracted out to Patrick Beals who sub contracted out work to Josh. The trickle down effect didn't work in this case either. I ended up getting people found in the HD parking lot around my home and family with felonies, warrants and absolutely no business building a deck or doing tile work on our entry hall. Patrick Beals turned out to be the person who actually built our dream deck pounding excess holes into our Trex deeming it's 25 year warranty void. The pressurized wood promised below our deck was mostly Douglas Fir that would rot in 5 years. The cuts on our expensive wood we paid $7100 for were not squared and were cut with a lazer saw free hand void of measuring or squaring the cuts or the deck itself. Patrick built the deck from the outside toward the house on one side of the deck, leaving a gap in front of our slider, and from the outsides toward the middle on the other side leaving another gap in the midle of the deck. His remedy for both sides, "" I can rip a board to fill those spaces!"" There was absolutely no esthetics or symmetry to the deck that now bowed, sloped toward the house and the planks were mostly butted together not allowing for drainage. When I stopped Patrick to show him the descrepancy in the pattern or lack of one to Larry Biegler's original drawing, he said, "" Larry never showed me. I was just winging it!"" This fact was believable and was reflected in the gross pattern on our deck. Larry denied this, but I believe Patrick was given no guidelines, and by his work, I don't think he had ever built a deck before.

The tile work was done with two different colors of grout, layed without consistent spacing, had a seam in front of the banister and uneven tile throughout. The grout was mixed in two of my household garbage cans Patrick justvtook and used. He then poured grout water onto my bark in my garden which ran downhill into my neighbors' garden. The baseboards and sealant were never put back on either. Larry's response to my complaints was, "" Fine, we will make all good sweetheart!"" An endearment that was totally inappropriate as was the language of the workers with F explicatives and the "" N"" word being banter ed so the residents of Rancho Murieta could hear. I have since found out that on the Contactor's Licensing Board, Larry has been cited for violations for hiring inexperienced, unskilled and unlicensed workers, and not paying workman's compensation. In addition, he neither supervises or works with these workers. Larry Biegler has no real employees. I think he may find people on the sides of the road he offers work without any training or skills. Patrick Beals is known as a con man in the Sacramento area, has been arrested for a sting in Folsom for doing unlicensed contracting and has a warrant. Josh, his handy man, was sitting in jail toward the end of the work for violating his parole and stealing his girlfriend's ring, and Larry Biegler.... He told my husband and me he had a twin brother, Michael, who owns half the business. There is only one sole owner of B & B Services. He pays his workers little and collects the money for their hard and unskilled labor screwing the home owner and the subcontractors. I liken him to a glorified pimp! There are also two new's articles I found involving Larry Biegler in large quantities of found, missing and transferred gem stones. How often does that happen once in someone's life, much less twice?

The tile and deck jobs had been sitting for 2 weeks unfinished waiting for Patrick to finish, and for HD to deliver the additional planks needed for the ""redo"" that Mr. Biegler said he had paid for, but HD says never happened. Then, a friend stepped onto our finished part of our hideous deck and his foot slipped through a plank. It seems many boards did not screw to a joist. The joist are supposed to be spaced 16 "" on center, but they ranged from 24"" down to 15"". Our deck was and still is unsafe after a month.

I am trying to push avenues to recoop my $12,000 + loss so far and have my tile job and deck done correctly. All the people who have seen both jobs have told me they are "" rip out and start over jobs!""

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE B&B SERVICES OR PLUMBING, LARRY BIEGLER OR PATRICK BEALS! CONTACT THE CONTRACTOR'S LICENSING BOARD, THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND HIS BONDING COMPANY IF EITHER HAVE SCREWED YOU OVER! DO NOT HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE ""CLEARED"" TO WORK FROM HOME DEPOT! LEARN FROM MY CHOICES THAT HAVE COST ME TIME, MONEY AND PEACE!

Also will take electrical jobs, but probably shouldn't . Way too many holes in my walls. Did not put plugs where I wanted them and has a guy working with him that knows even less than Larry. Pretty sure I was over charged as well.

My sewer line backed up yesterday. Of course, it was after 5:00. There was sewage spilling out of the toilets and showers. I called several plumbers. Most were closed. One gal even called me back to say they were on vacation and couldn't help even tho they said they do emergency service.
I called B and B and they said they would, be here within the hour. Larry came out, was extremely pleasant and professional. Had the job done in, it seems like 10 minutes!
Yes. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
Thank you!

Hired Larry to install a dishwasher. He took my $125 and left, but then I discovered the other end of the hose was not installed / waterproof. He made appointments to come back and finish it / fix it, but then missed the appointments (3, so far - THREE NO-CALL / NO-SHOWS, and this is to FIX A JOB he didn't do correctly the first time). He doesn't call me when he's missing an appointment, I just wait and wait and he doesn't show. So I call him, and can't reach him. I call and call, and it goes to VM, and of course his VM box is full so I can't leave a message. The first day, when I was hiring him, he answered the phone every time I called. Now that he knows there's a problem with his work, he won't take my calls.

Meanwhile, I am out $125 and I have a dishwasher that drains into my kitchen cabinets.

What kind of plumber installs one end of a hose and doesn't check / connect / tighten the other end?

At first I couldn't believe that a professional (who seems nice!) would cheat me like that, but now that it's been 4 days, and 3 missed appointments, and he's refusing my calls... I guess it's true. He's willing to show up for the initial $125 service fee, but he cut corners, rushed to the next job, left one end of the hose open, and refuses to fix / finish a job that, honestly, shouldn't be that hard. It's 2 hoses. They drain the dishwasher. Just hook them up and make it waterproof! I so regret using the Yellow Pages / LocalHandymanPros.com to find a plumber, instead of Yelp.

I'm hiring a new plumber to finish Larry's work, and I'm using Yelp this time. And then I'm filing a complaint with the state contractors' licensing board. www.cslb.ca.gov
