Needing a plumber in the middle of pandemic was nerve racking. We put it off until, well we couldn't. Thankfully everyone we interacted with at B&B handled everything with the utmost professionalism, care and efficiency - from the office staff to the technicians, all were courteous and always helpful. Our techs took care to wear shoe coverings and face masks during their visit(s). They were on-time with thoughtfully laid out options for us. We were also truly impressed how well they handled unexpected obstacles and found seamless, hassle-free solutions for us. We had a new toilet & bidet installed, as well as a new bathroom faucet (which our tech went out & purchased at Lowe's after the one we bought wasn't going to work - AMAZING!) We were so grateful that they took old toilet and parts away, and clean-up was impeccable. Surely cannot recommend B&B Plumbing enough. Thank you for a fantastic experience despite the awful circumstances of it all :)

I had a leaky flapper and water inlet turnoff valve. I called B&B late at night and very polite woman answered the phone since they offer 24-hour service 7 days a week. I managed to stop the leak, but I made an appointment the next day. Robert (plumber) is a real professional, who knows what old fashion customer service is - show up on time in a clean new truck and a clean, pressed uniform with a warm greeting. He had to put in a new Fluidmaster Pro 45 fill valve and I was lucky I had a spare Toto flapper. He fixed the inlet water turnoff valve, where a plumber on commission would have said you need a whole new valve ($300). Robert and B&B Plumbing have integrity and honesty as well as doing good work - a rare commodity these days. I have had maybe a dozen different plumbing companies over the years, B&B is one of the best.

Esteban called and arrived on time we were given the hours between eight and 10 and he was around 830. He was clean and hospitable and explain what he needed to do. We were amazed at how he handled every little obstacle he encountered such as needing longer screws as we were having a new toilet installed. I was impressed he could pick up the whole toilet all by himself. The seal he brought was too thin so he just doubled up. He cleaned up after the job and thanked us. He also took old toilet and parts away. I highly recommend.

Technician for B&B was on time as stated between 10-12.
Technician was courteous and knowledgeable keeping me abreat of things as repair was occurring. The leak was temprorarily sealed as described with an expectation to complete sometime in the near future. pricing was good as well. Thanks guys, and i am looking forward to the completion of this main leak. I will lgive them 4 stars now until completion and then I will adjust accordingly.

It was Sunday evening, one of the rainiest days of the year. Our patio was completely flooding over, and the grimy water was getting into our house. We were panicking, and we called the fire department to help. Meanwhile, I ran off to Home Depot with my next-door neighbor to get a water pump, a snake and a Wet/Dry Vac. As the firefighters were trying to figure out what to do, and we were desperately pumping out small amounts of water, Joe Ramirez of B&B Plumbing happened to be driving by. The firefighters flagged him down, and he went straight to work on our outdoor drain -- which was clogged with years worth of dirt, debris and neglect. He used an industrial-strength snake that we couldn't have bought at Home Depot. And sure enough, he dug through the collected mud and clog and it all came running out onto the wet street. The water level in our patio quickly started going down, and we were relieved that the whole house was not flooded. Thanks to Joe Ramirez and B&B Plumbing, the damage to our home was pretty minimal. And he never asked for a penny in return. This company is doing a great job for people in need! Thank you!

I work for a local Fire Agency and with the heavy rains we were called to a home for a flooding. Long story short we didn't have the tools to fix the problem and were getting soaked in the rain attempting to clear clogged drains with a snake that was inadequate. I saw a random plumber driving down the street, Jose Ramirez, and asked if he had a snake we could use. He stopped and helped us for about 40 minutes in the middle of a rainstorm and cleared the home owner clogged drain pipes and saved his house from completely flooding. Jose was a life saver for this home owner and never asked for a dollar in return. I was very impressed and I told him I'll be calling him to my house in the future...
