We are very happy with Adam. He arrived on the time they said he would show up. He carried booties to put over his shoes (very clean) and made sure when he carried his ladder inside, he was very cautious. Adam is very clean repair man. Adam is very intellectual in this new plumbing industry. He knows a lot of about the Kohler shower system and was able to see the problem we were having and now we are on the right path in the process of fixing it. Thank you B&B Plumbing for sending us a great plumber.

We have used B & B plumbing for 20 years because they respond quickly, do a very good job and are very reasonable. The water heater they installed today was $1000 less than what the other vendor quoted.

Very disappointed in this business, I have used them several times over the years and they seemed to have gotten very greedy. I called them out for a quote and was charged almost $300 for just the time it took to quote me. (about 30 minutes)
I ended up having to go through insurance and had to use a restoration company.
I was quoted $1675 from B&B and they were going to let me use $200 of the $300 I paid to credit towards it, then I also got a quote through the plumber that the restoration company recommended and was quoted $750 for the repair. I was honestly shocked and now I feel stupid. Will not be calling B&B again.

We had a water heater problem with a water heater that was under warranty. This company respected those circumstances and didn't try to upsell us. They did great work and returned the water heater to service in a timely manner. Highly recommended

Very impressed by Adam and others that came out for 2 separate issues.
We had an emergency leak on the weekend and tried to get Fidelity home warranty to come out. We didn't hear from them and followed up several times with no contact from their dispatch or their contracted plumber.
Called B&B at a friends reco, slightly hesitant just in case home warranty came through. But within 30 mins Adam showed up.
Water was shut off but still leaking from the second floor into the kitchen.
Adam was able to identify the issue quickly and had to open up a wall. While he was out I had him take care of an old diverter for a shower.
Today they added a water pressure regulator and ball valve bc it was recommended by the home inspector. Thankfully this time wasn't emergency rates. All in all I'm pretty happy with their service. But I have so many inappropriate words for insurance and warranty scams.

Yesterday, $145.00 for 30 minute service call to determine what was wrong with water heater. Service technician did NOT even attempt to start burner. Just removed part. ""Burner Assembly failed"" . Today advised replacement part cost exceeds $300.00, only one year warranty; on-line pricing for similar Burner Assembly is under $50.00. In addition, another $145.00 labor charge to install. B&B expectations are that the plumber should be paid $550.00 for one hour of work! Plumbing services are not worth anywhere near this outrageous expectation. Brand new water heater costs $1000! Comes with 6 year warranty. Simple math, 1 + 1 = 2, not 600. Larceny comes in all shapes and sizes...

I found B & B Plumbing via the Rheem website as I was looking for a group to diagnose the issue with my water heater. Since I was looking for someone who specializes in Rheem water heaters, that is why I decided to go with B & B Plumbing. Upon calling them, and many other water heater providers, I knew that Rheem water heater parts were hard to come by and I specifically explained that to the clerk Casey as we chatted, mentioned to him that other guys told me there was a chance I would need a new water heater and only wanted someone to come out if they could fix it. He reassured me that they have parts for Rheem and they could fix it if they deemed necessary. I decided to trust them, worst mistake! They mentioned pricing, 50.00 travel fee even though they were coming from Anaheim to Tustin, how they come up with a ludicrous travel fee price for driving a city over is ridiculous. And he also mentioned a 115.00 minimum hour fee of service which I thought is IF THEY DECIDED TO FIX THE ISSUE. However that is not the case, they will charge you a 115.00 minimum fee no matter what, they should call it a diagnostic fee.

Long story short, they came down, they took a look at my water heater, did about 20 minutes of work, did not take anything apart, and claimed I needed a new water heater. The invoice for that turned out to be at 150.00. Biggest Scam of my life, how these guys are in business I have no idea. To pay 150.00 for 20 minutes of work is insane.

AVOID THESE GUYS! They will charge you an arbitrary travel fee regardless of where you're from. And a non prorated 115.00 fee, so if they finish the job in 20 minutes regardless of the effort, you're still paying it. Again I will repeat, AVOID!

Really didn't have a good experience with them. Had a water heater replaced by them and it never worked right. Trouble lagged on for 9 months after the initial install and costs soared into the hundreds to get it working properly. I really can't recommend them...
