Two very professional young men, Caesar and Jesús, punctual, courteous, transparent (like you'd see in a TV ad.) came to install a new 40 gal. water heater. In the process, they repaired an existing, rotted-out flat base using bricks, 2x4s, 2x6s, all cut-to-size. An amazing repair, cleaning and installation job. They were informative and instructional, focused on their work. I noticed ""hydro-jet"" written one the van, Caesar said, ""Yes, full plumbing service,"" which I may need. This is my new company.

B&B Plumbing did an excellent job in installing our new Kohler toilet. Adam and his helper did a professional, quick and efficient install and in no time I was flushing away! I have used B&B in the past and would highly recommend them. My only issue is that they charge an ""out of area"" fee since I am in Rancho Santa Margarita ... hey it is still in Orange County! Regardless, they did an excellent job.

So happy with the work done by B & B plumbing. It was a very hard job. Pipes buried beneath the concrete. The company sent three knowledgeable employees to assess the problem, locate the pipes, remove the concrete and make the repair. It is always hard to have plumbing problems but I feel confident that we can rely on this very professional company again. Thank you B & B

I bought a new Kohler bathtub and fixtures to replace my old fiberglass insert tub/shower. B&B was very familiar with this type of tub and installation. They had a fair quote and were able to begin working on the demo and installation quickly. The plumbers were on time and very efficient. I appreciated their kind nature and clear communication. The job was completed on time and there were no big surprises in the cost. Steve from the office was excellent at letting me know when they would be coming each day. Jesus and Killian are excellent plumbers and very skilled at their job. I will definitely ask for them and use B and B Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Last month my Kohler kitchen faucet had a leakage at the hose connection. Kohler informed us about a hose that needed to be replaced, and referred B&B Plumbing as their authorized technician.

B&B Plumbing quoted us about 1 hour to replace the hose - fairly reasonable at first. However, things went south from there: the technician got stuck pulling the hose out of the bearing post. He tried a few times to UNSCREW the hose out of the metal bearing post but no luck. He then spent over 40 minutes looking up the manuals online and contacted Kohler customer support. Kohler support guided him to look up the installation and faucet services part diagram but he still couldn't unscrew the hose out. Finally he came to the conclusion that the connection was corroded/not fixable, and we had to buy a completely new faucet set (~$800 + installation). He was at our place for 1 hour and 17 minutes. and decided to charge us ~$300 for 2 hours of labor - completely insane given nothing was fixed. At the end we negotiated down to 1.5 hours (~$220).

Now two weeks later, I decided to try a general contractor, and it turns out that hose is NOT to be unscrewed as there's no thread at the connection end - there is a clip to secure the hose to the metal bearing post. Simply take out the clip then pull the hose out (took 10 sec). After replacing the hose, the faucet functions perfectly fine, but I was very surprised that as a Kohler authorized shop, the technician lacks this basic plumbing knowledge and had to learn it online on the spot, charged the clients for the on-site employee phone training/support, and then after all this work arrived at the wrong conclusion. Very disappointed at the least and regretted using them in the first place. If you have plumbing issues, find someone who really knows what they are doing, or save the money and look up on youtube for tutorials. Avoid those who charge only easy billable hours.

We are very happy with Adam. He arrived on the time they said he would show up. He carried booties to put over his shoes (very clean) and made sure when he carried his ladder inside, he was very cautious. Adam is very clean repair man. Adam is very intellectual in this new plumbing industry. He knows a lot of about the Kohler shower system and was able to see the problem we were having and now we are on the right path in the process of fixing it. Thank you B&B Plumbing for sending us a great plumber.
