Sharing our recent bad experience with B&B technicians and also company management. B&B came to our house on a Friday for a service call on our boiler, and at that time performed no work and we were promised an estimate by the following Monday. After 2 1/2 weeks and several follow up calls, the technician had still not prepared the estimate for us. We were charged $135 for this service call when no work was performed, and when I called after 2 1/2 weeks to say I would be taking the work elsewhere, there were no apologies. They also told me refunding the cost of the service call after failing to provide the estimate was ""non-negotiable.""

We had several issues in our home the past year and B&B serviced them. On one occasion a technician was rude to me but I chalked it up to that one person. As a good customer it was surprising and disappointing to be treated this way by the company at large. We will not be going back to B&B and recommend you stay away as well.

BJ came over for emergency furnace service on a Sunday, found and fixed the problem immediately, and recommended a follow up service to prevent it in the future. Top notch experience.

I left several messages trying to get a plumber to install a new bath tub for my home renovation. The one person who schedules all the plumbers is never in the office and doesn't return calls. What a way to run a business....

Avoid this company. They've been out to my house 3 times now and still have not been able to accomplish what they were hired to do. The second time they came out their work on the humidifier caused my heat to go out. I called them to fix it and now they're sending me a second bill to fix the issue they caused and want me to believe it's a ""coincidence"" my heat went out 4 hours after they were here. I live in a 5 year old house, btw.

We will be looking into what legal action can be taken as we are not responsible for the errors this company made and now we are going to have to hire another company to fix the mistakes they've made.

Avoid them or you'll end up with over $700 in bills for work that doesn't get done and even more issues to fix after they're gone.

We had an issue with our furnace Wednesday, a well known company came to repair and left us with no heat and a estimate to come the next day at some point, we called them and received unsatisfactory service.

My wife decided to call B&B, best move ever, they were at the door in 15 minutes, worked 4 hours into 6 PM on Valentines Day and have given us heat until a new furnace can be installed. The guys were great and professional. Thanks Aaron and Bob, sorry but I missed the third guys name.

Highly recommend this company ... this is a stand up company

I would avoid them for anything other than the most simple job. We used them for a new humidifier and to replace a shower valve. They installed an undersized humidifier for the home and hooked it up incorrectly, they were always nice over the phone, but we ended up having to pay for their incompetence. They were often here for hours reading the installation instructions and struggling complete the job. The shower valve was a complete disaster and resulted in a large hole in our drywall. I would stay away from B and B!
